They’re okay. They should be cleaning 9 hours and ended up giving me 6. I got an Angie’s List deal. I left and when they started, my son was here. They said they were done. Since I had the extra hours, I would have them do more stuff. They were pleasant people but I would have utilized them more. Full price for what they do, I think it’s high.

I want to say that Brittany, the owner, was very responsive and professional in helping me schedule my appointment. I ordered this last minute to prepare for out of town guests, and she really helped me out by squeezing me into her already busy schedule. She and her team were delightful, and they came right in and got down to business! They addressed everything a asked for, and more. I will definitely be working with them in the future, and I will recommend them to everyone.

I was searching for a house cleaning service a couple months ago and ran across a deal for $75 for Four Hours of Housecleaning from Inspiration Cleaning and Interior Design. I purchased the deal based on the good reviews on Angie's List. I scheduled a time for the cleaning, and on the day agreed, Brittany and two other women showed up (slightly late). I went over the cleaning needs with them, and they went straight to work. Overall, I think they did a pretty good job, and I may use them again in the future.

I am a very clean and neat individual, with extremely strict standards. Inspiration cleaning was my 8th cleaning service that I was trying out to see if they could meet my needs. I am so glad I did! They did the best job out of any other cleaning service, and in a very efficient amount of time. If I could afford to do so, I would have them out to the house every week!

They did a great job, were very professional from start to finish. Got right down to business, did great job with bathrooms, baseboards. Were very pleased with service, plan to have them come by again!

They are really nice and do just a wonderful job. I appreciated that she cleaned the glass in my exterior doors. The floors are the wayI I like them (clean!). These two ladies are the best I have had in a long time. Thanks, Angie!.

Issues surrounding scheduling , but ultimately did a satisfactory job.

Purchased angie's list deal for 9 hours of housecleaning for 125.00. Workers were on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. Some of the cleaning was more like deep cleaning in areas of the house that had been neglected. 4 workers came and worked for 2 hours. ( 8 hours of work total) I had hoped that I would get the final hour of work in a pool table room, but the supervising worker said that they had a schedule to keep that day and would have to go to the next appt. The work overall was very good and the people were friendly. I am giving them an A based on the actual work they did in my house. Was sorry about the lost extra hour of work.

We used Brittany 3 times, in an attempt to get our work done to our satisfaction. She is a very sweet girl, and we truly wanted to be able to continue to use her. Unfortunately, while she and her help do an adequate job at general dusting, vacuuming, etc., they lack in thorough cleaning. For example, I pointed out to her that the chrome fixtures in the tub and sinks had soap residue on them following the second cleaning, and after the last cleaning, not only were the fixtures still dull from soap, but the bottom of the tub had white residue as if the tub had not been rinsed thoroughly. Also, we have a small cabinet in our kitchen just inside the back door with approx. 6" clearance underneath, plenty of room to sweep/clean. Following the last cleaning, that area had clearly not been cleaned at all, as there was a very visible layer of dust. So while I think Brittany is very nice, I unfortunately cannot recommend her.

She and her crew showed up on time and cleaned my entire house in the allotted time.

These three ladies were AWESOME !! They arrived promptly and in the middle of a rainstorm. They dove into work and did a marvelous job. This was a "treat to myself" as I have been ill and they brought sunshine into my day. They are a real team, working efficiently and are extremely thorough. They were smiling and pleasant as well as swift and efficient. I would highly recommend them and when I can treat myself again, I will call Brittany.. We were under storm warnings and notices went out that schools were adjourning early. Even with that pressure, kthey completed eveything and were a joy to have in the house. They all deserve a 5 star rating.

This is actually my first experience with Angie's List. Not good. Now I don't want to use Angie's List and I was initially very excited about it.

The team did a great job! I look Angie all through my house and before we were even finished, the other two ladies were already getting started. They were done with my house in a little over an hour, and it usually takes me all day and I still don't get done everything they did. My husband and I were very happy with the cleaning and we will definitely use them again!

I have contacted Angie's List every week since making this purchase, including today (although I've been on hold now for almost 40 minutes), yet have not heard from this company. Being on hold for almost 40 minutes is causing me to reconsider if I need to maintain my membership.

Perhaps the provider was overloaded with new jobs but failure to keep an appointment without calling is unacceptable. Promised to rebook asap but she isn't responding. She said there was a death in the family which caused her no-show, and I can understand (and forgive) that one. But not to follow through on promises? Not so much.

When they first arrived, Brittany was such a pleasant young lady. She felt like "family" immediately. They went right to work. We were so pleased with their work, we asked about pricing estimates for future work. Brittany outlined a plan that was customized to our needs. We look forward to using her Service again and many times.

After nearly 2 weeks you would think you could some type of correspondence but no can do here. Wouldn't use them even if they did show now.

I loved them and this is the second time I have used them. They sent 2 people out to do the job. Things were just shining when they left. I had no problems with scheduling and it was just fine. They were here for the 4 hours that the deal covered.

Inspiration cleaners were fast but thorough, cleaning 3 levels in 2 hours. Britanny likes cleaning and it shows.

Brittany and Joyce came to the house when expected. Brittany asked what I expected from them in the allotted time. We discussed what could be done, what supplies to use etc. I was in my office for the two hours. Before they left, Brittany gave me an estimate of what it would cost to have them each month. The price is very reasonable. When they left, I inspected the house and was very pleased with the results. I will defiantly use them again

Two people went different directions and did not have or take time to talk with each other until the met to finish and touch up kitchen. Neither of them let any grass grow under their feet, or wasted any time. They arrived on time, did not worry about clock and they did a cleaning job like I would be proud of, and we really needed that. I did not think anyone could do as good a we could when we were able to, but they did! Thank you! Gary & Bettye

The house looks fine. The kitchen and baths just shine. mirrors, front storm, back sliding door, baseboards, mantel. They didn't vacuum because I was about to have the carpets shampooed. This was a minimum order, but they just did fine with what I asked.

It was wonderful coming home to such a clean house. With two working parents and two small children, that is not so easy to accomplish on our own. We not only would recommend this company but am setting up bi-weekly service going forward.

Brittany and her helper are so thorough - sweeping, vacuuming and then mopping my floors - which is needed because I've got pets and allergies. They wash and change the sheets, dust all surfaces, clean the bathrooms really well, use special products on hardwood floors so they aren't damaged or lose their shine. Vacuum all the rugs and throw rugs. Kitchen surfaces and appliances are thoroughly cleaned. I can tell that Brittany really LIKES her work and does a great job. She is young, energetic and personable. She laughingly said she's OCD but that means she really pays attention to the details. I'm glad I read the reviews on Angie's list describing her as very competent and trustworthy. She is all of that and more.
