Description of Work: Scott's Tree Service was amazing. They took down a 75 foot tree in a nook of my house where it was on 2 sides and way over the top. I have brick work all over back yard and fancy cement. They didn't drop a piece it was quite amazing roping down every piece. They cleaned up all bruch and logs. I had them take down 3 more trees and remove some bushes to make my yard bigger. I highly recommend them.A+ service!!

Description of Work: Second application killed large section of grass. I stopped their services and asked them to repair the damage to my yard. Weeks went by an no response. Finally I wrote and asked them at least refund what I had paid them for four treatments since I had to pay to replant the grass they killed. No reply.

Description of Work: They were suppose to send someone out to evaluate the lawn. Instead worker showed up and said he was suppose go put down grub control and fertilizer. I asked him who was going to evaluate my lawn. He knew nothing. I sent him away and called company to cancel all services |

Description of Work: I went on the web site of "TruGreen" and filled the form. A lady called me from Florida and I told her I would like someone to come and look at my lawn and tell me what they will charge for their service. This lady replied" you will have to sign up now over the phone "! I said "NO!" I will not sign over the phone ! A very few minutes later a man by the name of David called me from Alcoa, TN.and stated that the lady from Florida lied to me and he would call me on Tuesday May 5th, and come on Wednesday May 6th. I received No phone call and he did not come ! I tried calling many times trying to get someone from Tru Green in Alcoa, TN. but it seemed that they were not interested.I decided based on all the bad remarks I saw about this Tru Green company to not use them ! |

 + -1 moreThey had good service and I was happy with the results I saw in my yard. I always have them call before coming out and they always showed up on time. I liked the free service calls they had. They used a liquid application, which I prefer. They always flagged the lawn and after it dried they said it was pet friendly. I had dogs, so that was important to me.
Description of Work: They sprayed the lawn with fertilizer and weed control on our front and back yard for dandelions, grab grass and clovers.

 + -1 moreWe were having problems with our lawn so we called Tru Green to come out and take care of it. They were very professional and friendly. We still had problems with the weeds and had to call them back out to take care of them.
Description of Work: They seeded and fertilized my front and back lawn to get rid of the unwanted weeds. My yard was around 8400 square feet.

 + -1 moreThey had done a good job keeping the weeds down and the lawn really green. It looked really nice so their service was well worth having. They came out about every six weeks so it was not to big of a deal. They posted warning signs for kids and pets after they have done their treatment.

 + -1 moreScotts does a pretty good job on our lawn. We have a yearly contract with them and they fertilize our lawn six times a year. The workers are friendly and professional. I guess I probably will not continue with our contract. I think they fertilize the lawn too often. They are a good company. We just have different philosophies about lawn care.

 + -1 moreI used TruGreen for a couple months and was happy with the service until they changed people, that came out. The boy that came out last was very inexperienced and he put liquid fertilizer on my yard when due to the heat, he should have used powder. There were burn marks left all over my yard. I called the company to inform them and they were very apologetic and offered to remedy the situation by giving me free services, which I declined and canceled my service.
Description of Work: I had TruGreen ChemLawn come out to do some monthly fertilizing in my yard to keep my grass green and yard looking healthy.

 + -1 moreScotts Lawn Service wasn't on time. We asked them to knock on the door when they came and they didn't. They did the work without us knowing that they were at our house. The only reason I would hire them again is to correct the problems that they've already created.

 + -1 moreI DIDN'T LIKE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. WE WERE VERY DISSATISFIED BECAUSE THE COMPANY DID NOT DO THE JOB RIGHT AND THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW UP ON THEIR WORK. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY HIGH FOR NOT DOING A GOOD JOB AT ALL.
