We had our house broken-into on August 24 and needed our locks changed. I called Wayne at 7am the morning of August 25 and scheduled him to come out at 8:30am. I then had a call from my step-daughter who needed to be picked up from school unexpectedly. I called Wayne and rescheduled his visit to 10am. He was incredibly flexible to accommodate both the initial appointment and the last minute reschedule. He showed up on time and was prepared. He inspected all of the locks, rekeyed them at his van, and reinstalled them. He also noticed that we had an alignment problem with one of our doors, and showed it to me. He fixed this problem perfectly and didn't charge for it. That problem door is no longer a problem. Wayne was very professional and did excellent work. He also provided us with extra keys at no charge. This was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Wayne and Valley Locksmith Service to anyone. Thanks, Wayne!!

I moved into my home on 7/25/09 and needed to find a quality locksmith in the Huntersville area to replace several cylinders and make copies of keys. The owner of Valley Locksmith, Wayne answered his phone promptly, ensured he was available for a time which was convenient for me, completed the job quickly and was extremely professional. He made several helpful suggestions regarding security issues and was a pleasure to work with. I wish more companies had his work ethic and demeanor. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

I have an old door that has a specialty lock in it and I have had no luck getting it serviced in the past. Wayne knew the type of lock when I described it on the phone and was willing to come out the very day I called to fix it. We actually ended up connecting a few days later and he had to take a lot apart to get to the numbers for ordering some replacement parts and he was very nice about the entire process!

Some things were not lined up properly from the previous owner and Wayne got it all fixed just fine. Prices are very fair. He listens carefully and is easy to communicate with. This is his second career so he is well-equipped personally with the knowledge of the value of one's performance vis-a-vis your reputation that follows. He just knows how to do what is right and to pay attention to getting it right without any shortcuts.

Excellent. Mr. Zweifel was prompt and completed the job in about an hour. He cut keys for all the locks and made sure everything was working along with me being satisfied before even writing the invoice. He was very courteous and friendly as well. He also charged me what he estimated the job to cost and the estimate was made on the phone in less than a five minute phone call. He did not charge me for the ten keys that he made. Mr Zweifel knows his business.

I could not be happier with Wayne and the work he performed. He answered the phone on my first call and was willing to come out and estimate the job for me at no charge. My needs were not an emergency (the broken front door lock had a working deadbolt above it), so we scheduled him to come out a few days later when it would be a convenient time for me. He called before he came, was early to the appointment (which he had asked if that would be okay), and was very reasonably priced. He suggested rekeying to match the deadbolt I had bought for the back door, since it would be cheaper for me to have fewer cylinders rekeyed, and so that the key for my house would be unique to me (we had recently purchased our home). He pointed out that the previous owners may have keys or may have given keys to others. I could tell that our satisfaction and the security of our home were of utmost importance to him. He worked quietly (my son was napping) and was very professional. What a fine guy!

Wayne called me yesterday to tell me that our parts were in and reconfirmed with me a Saturday morning call at our home (was that still convenient for us). He did arrive exactly when he said he would, immediately started the job, and finished earlier than what he had originally said it would take. I also asked him to take a look at our son's bedroom door which was not closing properly thinking he could schedule another appt. to fix it. In 5 minutes he had it repaired and at no additional cost!

Excellent. I would recommend Wayne to anyone. He is very honest and does great work. He also gave me a couple of freebies. I will use him whenever I need this kind of work done again. He is very conscientious and cleans up when he is finished the job. He knows his business well.

Wayne was working on a job and had another job yet to finish when I called. I explained to him that I had a moving truck coming to move our things out. He went to the storage unit drilled the lock and left a bill with the storage person and asked me to pay the storage person. We were able to move in a timely manner. Wayne saved us a lot of money because we would have had to pay three guys to stand around and wait for us to get the lock opened.

Wayne returned my call promptly, came and saw what parts were required for the job to be performed. He went and got the materials and completed the job quickly and without error.

Wayne is a very nice man to work with. He came to the house and checked out all my locks, giving me some tips about the existing lock sets that I would not have known otherwise. He had quoted me the price before he noticed my front door was rubbing slightly. He adjusted the door for me at no additional charge. (Who does that these days?) I will absolutely call him again.

Wayne was great!!! He came on a rainy day and rekeyed the front lock out of the back of his truck. He replaced the mail box lock in the pouring rain. He came back the next day and installed the deadbolt on the storage door and rekeyed the rest of the locks. Wayne is an extremely nice man who does exceptional work. He truly puts the customer first and I am 100% satisfied. I would and have recommended him to others.

I called Mr. Zweifel on Monday afternoon and left a message. He returned the call before I left work and scheduled the home visit for the next day giving me an approximate time for the service. He called the next day, as I had requested, to tell me exactly when he would arrive. He and I arrived at my front door at the same time. He performed the work quickly and efficiently and for a very fair price. I will definitely call him again should I require a locksmith's service.

Wayne was very professional. Because the situation was not an emergency he worked with me to find a time fitting both our schedules. The job took about an hour and a half because he had to work on the strike plate and the hinges on the door. He cleaned up and the job was done very satisfactorily.
