The guy who came out to give an estimate was on time and very professional, this is why I am scoring them a D in Responsiveness and punctuality. Received the estimate and called to get softner installed. Never heard back- 3 days later called again, said would get a call in a few hours. 2 days later still no call. Called again, indicated we would take our business elsewhere, got someone right away. Installer came, 1 hour late, did not seem to know what he was doing. Looked at the sump pump hole and said he could not do the work because of the water level. We had to point out to him that the hole was sealed with a clear cover. Dah. Took him over 5 hours to do the install, which should have only taken 2 hours The system is working and we have not had any issues with the actual softner.

Very nice guy, but we later discovered a lot of grit and other material, when we opened the furnace cover. We will have to vacuum it out ourselves. Also he couldn't exploain occasional mini "explosions" when gas is igniting. This is very startling to hear (can hear all over the house) and we're becoming more than a little concerned. May call Frisbie back on this or contact another HVAC place for a second opinion.

I've had a LOT of after hours/holiday service calls. Each time the phone person explained that there were additional charges for that service and offered to set up a standard hours appointment. The service people came the same day and would go above and beyond. Instead of stopping when the furance got running, he checked it over and tweaked a few things. Same with the A/C, replaced the faulty part but then hosed out the unit and tightend up some things.

Great service, prompt response, professional and trust worthy

The tech was wonderful. he was courteous, on time, and efficient. My problem was with the company itself. We had no ac during the hottest week of the year and got the impression that because we were a warranty repair instead of a cash repair, we had to wait over a week until we could be penciled in for an appointment. Once the ac problem was diagnosed, we were told that since we're a warranty repair, they had to order the motor instead of using one they had in the shop. I felt that the available motors were reserved for "paying" customers. Whether this is true or not, I can't be sure. All I know is that it's the impression i was given and i don't like to hire businesses that make me feel like a less than important client. We certainly won't be a paying customer of theirs again.

So I called the emergency number because it was 90 degrees and after working hours, a power outage had done something to the AC. I had people staying in the house, but they were not able to pay for emergency service. I called Frisbee to see if they thought it was something that could be fixed. I get "Matt" who is as helpful as a box of rocks. So, ok, I don't expect any free ones - so I ask him if I can have the people at my house try a few things and call him back if I need him to go out. He says, "Well, I'm going to leave town if I'm not needed". So then I ask, "Can't you just call me back in two minutes??" and Matt quickly replies, "Nope, getting on the Interstate and then makes a couple of clicking noises, like hurry up?!!" Well, wow. I was fine with him not trying to help me over the phone - but he was a jerk and the meantime that family was roasting. Find a company with employees that care.

Very good. Everything done as agreed, including the resetting and resealing of a second stool.

They did everything well. Totally satisfied. I have used them for many years for all types of projects. Always pleased. And over the years, I have had many different people from Frisbee here to do work, and they all seem good. They hire good people, apparently.

Very honest. We found out it would cost a lot of money to add water for a wet bar in our basement. we decided not to put a wet bar in. They did not charge us anything for coming out!

All their workers were great! They talked me through what I needed to know, offering suggestions and telling me the codes for their particular area of expertise. Randy in electrical was amazing. The only concern I had was their plumbing section. The other two areas seem to run real smooth with the workers working directly with me to get it done right. The plumbing had to work through a Dave guy and it seemed a bit confusing and added additional problems. I would definetely use them again!

The serviceman came over and diagnosed the problem, provided an estimate and fixed the issue with wonderful customer service.

Diagnosed the problem within minutes. He already had the part in the truck so he was able to fix it within 15 minutes. A little pricing but they did professional work quickly.

I had used them before and they provide excellent service. I have always been pleased with what they have done. I had got the replacement part for the faucet from another company and I didn’t know as to how to install it. So I had the plumber come in and replace the old one. The price that they charged was fair. I would use their services in the future too.

They were nice. I think I may be going with them. I got two different estimates from them. The guy that came to do the plumbing was probably a C, but the guy that came for the ductwork was an A. They were both on time and very professional.

The man was very professional. The people in their office was very professional as well. They kept everything very simple and they were also very clean.

We noticed a leak under the kitchen sink when the dishwasher detergent started to clump up (the bottom of the box had gotten wet). Frisbee's was prompt in scheduling the appointment and the plumber showed up during the earliest part of the quoted time frame. He was courteous, took time to listen to my description of the problem, explained what he found and what he was going to do to fix it. He took time to check the sink sprayer after he had fixed the leak and cleaned up after himself after he finished.

I called them Tuesday morning and they set up an appointment for the next morning at 8am. The service man arrived at 8:14 am and went to work. He fixed what could be done without major overhaul. He was done at 08:50 and spent about 10 minutes telling me my systems issues and what the limitations of my system were. He was leaving when I asked him for a bill so I could pay it. He said he would have to go out to his truck to figure it out. At 9:15, he came back in with a bill for just over $120. I was billed for 1 hour at $65 an hour and 15 minutes at $75 an hour. Those rates where accurate for the quote they gave me on Tuesday. The only issue is that I was billed for 1.25 hours but he was only working on the system for just over $45 minutes and spent 15 minutes figuring out the bill.
