Description of Work: Furnace trouble diagnosis. Made 3 test holes in plastic PVC and metal ducts then used red silicon to plug the holes. Messy work. No boot covers. Arrogant attitude. Promised to have the office call us back for a new furnace estimate but never ever got a call back. After 4 days without heat we called another business and got a furnace.

Description of Work: We were obtaining new kitchen appliances and my wife opted for a gas range rather than the existing electric. As we didn't have gas supply into the kitchen, we utilized Frisbees' services to tap into the natural gas line in the basement utility room and install the fixture with the gas supply in its appropriate place behind the stove.

Description of Work: Loud noise and rattling lines required immediate help. Service person arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and shared options to resolve the problem. We had him replace the faulty component (part was about 1/2 of the final bill), install our humidifier filter, and programmed the thermostat for our preferences. He showed us what to do to program the thermostat/humidifier/air conditioner and use the heat pump/furnace/air conditioner/humidifier for better efficiency an keep our costs down. He indicated how to set and use the humidifier and how the water line should run and when (seasons) to end the humidifier use. He showed us how to resolve the loud noise and rattling (outdoor fan blades had iced over and seized-up in bad weather). He showed us how to install our humidifier filter, too.

Description of Work: The Frisbees folks are great - morning, noon or night. We have used them in a variety of capacities in seven different homes, and we've always had professional, careful and precise work from their people. Most recently, our AC went out in the early evening on a day in which the temps had climbed over 100 degrees. It was "after hours" when I placed my call, but received a phone call from a service technician within a matter or moments. Before coming to the house, he gave me a series of checks to make - I did, and lo and behold, he was able to help me "fix" the problem without coming to the house and an after hours billing! More recently, we had to make a request for a plumber.........he was there within and hour and a short ten minutes later, things were back to normal. Then he said, "Anything else you need me to look at while I'm here?" Sure enough, I had him check the flow on a couple of toilets and he happily got those running like new again. Like I said, great people - great service. Frisbees is always my first call.
