Ordering was quick and easy with custom options to choose from. They custom made a bay window for our front window replacement as well as a sliding glass door for the back. The install team was super nice and dedicated to getting the job done despite weather conditions of South Dakota. The difference of both has been phenomenal and reduced our heating costs going into the colder winter months! We appreciate all of the hard work and will eventually be calling back for the downstairs windows to be replaced as well.

The sliding door we replaced was an old Andersen and leaked cold air, the replacement we purchased from renewal by Andersen eliminated that problem, and the installation crew was clean, neat and professional.

Just had a new patio door and window installed. Overall, we were very pleased. Customer service is great as we have had to reorder a piece two different times to get the right fit and they have been great at keeping us updated on the process.

The rest of my new Anderson replacement windows were installed this fall and I am very pleased with them. The job was scheduled for 4 days but the installers completed in 3 days. The installers were very polite, professional and neat. All the windows are fantastic and especially pleased with the look of the new basement windows which look so much better than the original ones. It is also nice to not have any more winter frosted windows. I would definitely recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone needing new windows.

We had 11 windows installed in our home and were originally quoted 3 days for install. When the windows came in, they called and scheduled 2 days for install and I was excited to hear that because it was less time off that I needed to take off for the install. When the crew showed up, after showing them around, they got right to work. Throughout the first day a couple supervisors showed up to check on them. They were able to complete the install in one day. After they were done they showed me how each window worked and asked if I had any questions. Their work areas were so clean when they left that you couldn’t even tell they had been there, other than the amazing looking new windows.

From the start, The salesman spent a great deal of time showing us how they were constructed, about the glass,and at length, cost! The office staff kept us informed as to how the next phase was transpiring. The windows came in early and they got us on the schedule for installation right away. The next step installation, these guy’s were great , easy to deal with explained what they were doing, stopping to answer any questions! I would highly recommend this crew to anyone who is going to get their new Anderson windows installed.

We had delays due to our general contractor but RBA was amazing to work with and we’re extremely patient while we waited. We have other windows that we did not replace at this time that we now have scheduled to replace by RBA.

This was an excellent company to work with. When it came time to do the installation, the employees were very friendly and worked very fast. We had our entire home done in one day. They are a bit more expensive than Lowes, but the quality was way better than Lowes could ever be. We are going to have sliding doors done at some point and will do it through Renewal by Anderson. They replaced two leaky contractor grade window and a sliding patio door. All work completed neatly and professionally.

The installation went very well, even though they had to contend with a couple of afternoon showers. They protected all floors and left the house very clean. And the quality of craftsmanship was superb. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

The replacement patio door is well made, swings freely and closes well. Mike and the installation crew were fabulous, made sure it fit and worked well, cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain the double locking mechanism to us. Overall communication was excellent, really a quality job from start to finish.

We had all of the windows and a patio door replaced in our home. Ray was the first to arrive, and was so helpful in learning more about windows and the whole process. The office was great about keeping us informed on lead times...which was awhile, but that's because the world is on its ear. Brandon and Jesse arrived exactly when scheduled and worked for three days to get the job done. I knew what I wanted in a window install, and I knew what I didn't want. I feel like everything worked out just as I hoped. We just weathered three days of ferocious storms, and while the windows are fine, the screens took a beating. I'm not hesitant to call at all to find out what I need to do to replace those...that's how confident I am that I will be taken care of. :) Thank you all!

This was our third project by Renewal by Anderson, and all three have turned out to our great satisfaction. This organization is professional from bid through completion. And communication is one of their best qualities. They continually keep you informed and updated—oftentimes a rarity in remodeling. We have had two sliding doors replaced as well as a set of three picture windows and they were all done perfectly. This outfit is one of the good ones.

We can't say or express how much we love our new windows! The old windows that were replaced were from the 50's and we had drafts every where. The installers were very courteous, and careful in regards to dust control, heck i think most rooms if not all were cleaner after they finished than when they started! At first it seemed like a huge investment to commit to have RBA to replace our windows, but in the long run we will save big on energy costs and the value and comfort of our home has increased!! Love RBA and highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with Renewal by Anderson from start to finish! They were professional and cleaned up well after themselves after installation. We love our new sliding glass door and window. We can tell the temperature difference in our house and the product is great!

From my salesman Ray to the installers Brandon and Jesse and even Annette the scheduler, everything was made easy and professionally. Ray got my appointment in quickly and spent hours going over all my options and even after driving back to Rapid he called me to go over the paperwork and contract even after hours so I didn't miss out on a deal. Even though there was a 4 month delay between ordering and install (winter, backordered, etc) Annette always made sure to keep me updated on the time frame of the install. Brandon and Jesse did a quick and amazing job in the install. They were professional and great to talk to. For my next round of windows I look forward o working with Ray, Brandon, and Jesse again.

The whole crew at Renewal by Andersen made the entire process simple and convenient. The installers did a great job keeping our carpet protected, working quickly and efficiently, and cleaned everything up like they were never there. They even went so far as to fix our wobbly tp holder! The RBA team is awesome and we highly recommend their professional and courteous services!
