The RBA crew just installed our 4th set of windows as we are periodically replacing our 26 year old windows from another company. We live near I-90 and are so impressed by how much more noise RBA windows block than our previous windows! And they are so much more efficient in terms of keeping the heat and cold out. The RBA team is extremely professional and great to work with!

We set out to replace the construction grade windows in our new home to address excessive condensation and draftiness and we solicited three quotes from local providers including Renewal By Andersen. RBA was the second to meet with us and before we were halfway through, we decided to go with them even though they were more expensive. One, we were a repeat customer from 20 years ago and we knew we would be happy with the final result. Two, they offered zero-interest financing for 18 months. Three, they weren't going to disturb the siding during the installation. Four, Ray Rice was incredibly friendly, listened to our concerns, and was flexible in his presentation to our time constraints. RBA kept us up to date with periodic phone calls about the status of our windows and made sure we were okay with the date and time of the installation. Tim came with his crew and was on-time/early, walked us through everything and then proceeded to get done in about four hours for six windows. After the installation, he walked us through the installation, the operation of each of the windows, and addressed any of our concerns (we didn't have any). It's been a couple of weeks and during the latest cold snap/snowstorm, we noticed how little condensation there was on the windows and how much less the furnace kicked on. Couldn't be happier unless they gave them to us for free. ;)

We love our new windows! We had 8 windows replaced in our house. The previous windows we had were original to the house (1975). We were very impressed by the whole process with Renewal by Anderson. They were all very professional and efficient during installation. We no longer have any draft issues that we once had. It is also much quieter in our house now with the new windows. We definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen and would use them again ourselves.

Very happy with my new windows. I had windows previously installed that were not installed properly. I was so stressed because to replace these particular windows I needed a contractor to fix the header, new drywall, and electrical wiring moved. Not only did Renewal by Anderson replace the window, but they helped me find a contractor to fix the window header. The boys from Andersen came in and did their job quickly and installed the five windows we ordered with no problem. They seem to be working very well. I only wish they had advised us on how to stain/paint/treat the wooden frames. But it was a job well done.

From the very first phone call Renewal by Anderson was awesome! We enjoyed visiting with the first salesperson that came out, and we were happy with everything he told us about the windows and installation process. Although the wait was long (5 months), it was definitely worth it as each window is custom made to fit each space. The company kept us informed and provided updates along the way. The installation crew was very professional, very kind to our sweet dogs, and meticulously cleaned up after themselves when the installation was complete.
