We knew we needed new windows on our Townhome and even more so after a bad hail storm that came thru. Thankfully while up in Custer at Gold Discovery Days we saw a Renewal by Andersen kiosk where a nice young man set us up with a in home consultation with Ray less than a week later. Ray walked me thru the steps, showed examples of what they provided, helped me match the colors acceptable by HOA, saved us some $ by suggesting a certain type of window we hadn't considered (now LOVE). He was honest about the time line...after a major hailstorm A LOT of window installers were months out and with COVID and the windows made just for us the possibility of plant shut down so we were given about a 4-5 month wait on installation. Mickey came by the following week for final measurement and to talk with me more about what to expect, we were getting all new windows so it was a major install. While waiting Renewal would call to check in and let us know the status, then low and behold it was our turn for installation and a month early! When Mickey and his crew arrived they were punctual and courteous, they laid down the protective coverings inside and out. They made sure my gates were closed if I had to let the dogs our for a potty. They cleaned up inside/outside, on day two I had noticed a mark on the siding and there was no grumbling and cleaned it up right away (finished night before in dark). Mickey walked me thru how to open/shut/clean my windows before we made the last walk thru and there were all done and we were good to go. Would definitely recommend and use this business, Ray Rice, Mickey and his team again!

It went very well when we hired Renewal by Andersen, we tried other companies and they did not want to bother with the little guy with the small jobs well it cost them as we got 2 new bay windows in and Renewal by Andersen were very experienced and concerned with our needs and wants, we would highly call them again and tell all our friends and family, A BIG shout out to Renewal by Andersen... Your the Best!!!

We have been amazed at the difference our new windows have made, not only in the running of our AC/furnace, but how much quieter it is in our home! Tristan was amazing to work with and the installation crew very courteous. We did have one hiccup which was quickly address and resolved. RBA truly prides themselves in providing an excellent customer experience. I am especially excited that I now will be able to wash my windows from "inside" versus getting the ladder out! LOVE IT! Highly recommend!

This was our third time having Renewal by Andersen replace more windows in our home. We no longer have cold air seeping through the windows; they are quality windows! Our specialist recommended a window in our kitchen that we can pass items through to the griller...awesome window design!!! Will use them again.

We really appreciated the communication before, during and after the installation. They walked us through the process of the bay window giving us all the possible situations. So we were well prepared when they had to replace the siding below the window. Their work was professional, prompt and complete. They did a great job at cleaning up after each day. The entire process, from quote to installation, was amazing. The agent who came to give us a quote, Tristan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with us while helping us decide what we wanted and how to pay for it and was honest on costs and necessary updates needed. The window install was scheduled promptly and even though we needed to reschedule, the office was accommodating and very nice; never once did they give us any grief about the rescheduling. Finally, the installers were knowledgeable and respectful of my house, laying down plastic so that they didn't track in mud or anything. I really appreciated the walk through with me where they showed me the new windows and how they worked and asked me if I needed anything else. We had an old sliding glass door and windows to replace in our kitchen. We also had ideas to add more windows to the kitchen. The Renewal by Anderson staff first came out and saw our vision, gave us great ideas, and then set up the installation. It was very easy to do, and they answered every question we had along the way. On installation day, a professional, courteous, and efficient crew came, out and removed the old door and window. They installed the new door and 4 new windows all in one day - leaving the kitchen clean and bright with our new windows. Great work guys! We will have them back when we replace the remaining windows in our home!

Installers were on-time, courteous, clean--cleaned up after job was done, professional, polite. they did an amazing job--birds fly into window because it is crystal clear!! Would have them return to replace other windows if needed. would not contact other window companies--why fix if not broken? Thank you.

They were able to get my windows in before my scheduled time. Their installers were fantastic and when they ran into a problem the spoke to me right away and let me know what was going on, how they were going to fix it, and made sure the fix was approved by me. A fantastic group of people to work with. Their installers were great on cleaning up the work area at night before they left and fully completed the job when they were done. My home stays way cooler in the summer time and now my a/c can keep up with the heat outside.

We're so very happy with our new patio doors they're beautiful. No more sticking when we slide them. They're so clear it's like looking outside in high def. We love our new windows! They are very energy efficient and quiet. The price might seem high, but the quality of the windows is worth it. Garrett and his crew was very professional and easy to work with they asked us if we had any questions almost every step of the way. They were very courteous about our furniture and making sure everything was covered and they put tarps down. When they were done every day they cleaned up after what they did which kept my wife happy. We will definitely be suggesting and recommending them to anyone and everyone that is need for window repair and replacement. Prices are fair for the quality of the product they provide, We can't wait to see how these new windows do in the summertime when its 100 degrees out with the sun. We will be using them again when any other windows of our house need some loving.
