The owner is Scott, and we met him through our daughter’s soccer team when she was in school. They are awesome, and I would recommend them to anybody. When they come in, they even bring a mat to put on the floor and catch any water or anything else, so that they don’t dirty my floor. If they do dirty my floor, they clean it up, and they clean up after themselves. The people that own our house did a really bad plumbing job, and in order to save me money, they didn’t tell me that this work had to be done. I would have had to spend from$300 to $600 to get the job done, but he charged me $147 and basically put it back together so that it would work, because this is a rental. They are really, really truthful with me, and they are very honest people.

I used them to put a pressure tank on the water heater and the guy who came out was really nice and he knew what he was doing. The pressure tank works and everything seems to be doing well and I have not had a problem since. He also came out a couple of times before to fix the drain because it wasn’t working and he did the job. I really liked that when he came in; he would wear a rap over his shoes like the sort of thing a doctor wears for surgery, so that he wouldn’t leave tracking all over the house and he was pleasant with me. His price wasn’t too bad, though it could have been a bit lower, but for that service the price was where it should have been. He was on time, and was there when he said he would be. He was good. I would use him again in the future if needed

When I called the company, they told me the repair would cost $35. When they came to my home, they told me they had to check the book to find out the cost to repair the toilet. They told me according to the book it would cost $400. After they started working on the toilet they told me it needed an expansion ring and would cost an additional $300. The guys were nice and professional but the prices were outrageous. I called the manager, and he told me they would refund the $300 because the guys had not told me about the extra $300 cost until they had started working on the toilet. I waited a month to get the refund and it never came. I filed a report on them and finally received my refund.

These guys explained what they felt the problem could be and what they planned as a resolution. They were very professional and concerned. They snaked, used an in-line camera to examine and assess, and then showed me the results of their work. They were clean and careful of their surroundings. I was very pleased with their performance and would recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing question or concern. While they were here the landlord called me to see if I had heard from them. She spoke with them and was very thoroughly briefed (and relieved that it wasn't as bad as the previous company had told her). AAA plumbing gets an A+ from me as the end user, that's for sure!

As a result of the switch failure we were basically out of water. The company went out of their way to get someone to our home in just a few hours. I was given a written estimate of the total cost when the plumbers arrived. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, they were very nice, even wearing overcovers on their shoes so as not to track dirt into our house. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

I schedule the apointment over my lunch break and asked for a pipe to be fixed and a water heater element to be replaced. They showed up an hour and a half late, after I had to leave and did not do a professional job. I was overcharged and I was very dissapointed with this company compared to others I have used in the local area. The office staff was also very rude when I questioned the appointment.

The person we ended up using was more affordable by about $350. He was perfectly fine to deal with it's just his price was higher. I rushed home from work on the day he was supposed to be there and he wansn't there. I called him and he didn't realize he was supposed to be out. In regards to everything else, he was on it. He was willing to reschedule for whatever time I was available and he answer his phone right away.

They arrived promptly, put on cover shoes, found the problem, fixed it and made sure it worked prior to their leaving.
