Guys were on time, friendly and worked quickly. They installed a new kitchen faucet and a soap dispenser. For sure would hire them again.

I think I am going to try some other people because they got so expensive. The quality of service is excellent.

Called AAA plumbing to get estimate on having a kitchen faucet installed..I had already bought the kitchen faucet and just needed it installed. I also had a strainer basket I needed installed in bottom of sink. The gal gave me an estimate of 475. and that was just for the faucet. She then said it would be as much or more to install the strainer basket as it was more work to install than the faucet. I hired another plumber and his bill was 135. for both of those services and also putting new faucets on my washing machine. Quite a difference in price! I felt that price was ridiculous! Will never hire AAA ever again..have used them in the past and felt at that time that they were overpriced...

We contacted AAA Plumbing around 7 pm reporting that the bathroom sink was not draining and the toilet was running. A technician was scheduled to arrive to our house the following morning. The technician was prompt, professional, performed the required work in a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up after himself. The only minus in the whole experience is the price that appears to be on the high end of the scale. In an emergency, we'd definitely call again on AAA Plumbing, but for non-emergency services we will probably look for someone else with more affordable pricing.

They were calm and cool inspectors. A bit too pricey for us though. We felt we could find and fix the problem ourselves for much cheaper.

Contacted AAA on a Sunday evening when my plumbing started backing up and with in an hour they had a plumber at my house. he was very knowledgeable and helpful. although the work could not be completed at that time, i was contacted the fallowing morning with a fallow up appointment to complete the repairs. The work was done in a timely matter and for a Decent cost. Dan was completely professional on the job and i would have no problem using his services again.

I tried to replace the part by myself but I didn't have the correct tools. I have used AAA plumbing before and in fact, they were the ones that told me I could replace the part. I had the water shut off and had to leave it that way(Sun) for the night. I called first thing Monday, they only had an opening Tuesday but said if someone canceled they would call me back. A few hours later they called and were able to get to my house Monday afternoon. The plumber was able to replace the part(came w/ a 3 year warranty) in 45 minutes. The pricing is completely up front and while they may be a little more expensive than some in the area they are always on time(or early!), professional and up front about costs. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were very quick and they were out for like 30 minutes. They're really good and also they're working with my insurance company. It turned out great and I don't have a leak anymore. They're a little bit more expensive.

Had a pipe burst in the morning, creating a major waterfall that (thankfully) was on the outside of the house. Being new to the area, I first called personal contacts for recommendations, but none of the recommended providers were available. Fortunately, after an hour or so of waterfall, I figured out how to get the water shut off. Then came to Angie's List and called two companies with good reviews. Both called me back the same day, but AAA called me first, and since I was still somewhat in panic mode from the waterfall, I booked an appointment with them-- I think it was that same afternoon, but I don't remember for sure. They were professional and on time. They had a chart that determined the cost of the repair based on the type of repair, for example, '1 inch copper pipe repair' was a given price. After seeing how simple the repair actually was, I realized that I probably paid way too much for the repair. However, it was completed quickly and professionally, and they said that their work carries a 3 year guarantee. Overall I am quite pleased with the service, but if I need a plumber again for a non-emergency, I will probably shop around for a better price first.

Called AAA Plumbing to repair a leak in my hot water tank. They promptly scheduled an appointment and the following day Steve arrived to look at the problem. He placed on his booties over his shoes which immediately demonstrated his care for our carpeting. He identified the problem immediately and began to make his repairs. He left the area as neat and clean as when he arrived and the water heater is working perfectly. I have AAA Plumbing on my speed dial. Their service and plumbers are top notch.

A lot of good reviews for AAA which is why I chose them and although two of the three projects were completed, I rejected the bid for the third and I’m glad I did as I found it for considerably less expensive with another company. AAA seems especially proud of the fact that they have a standard rate for each job so it seems I should have been able to get a firm estimate when I initially called and that wasn’t the case. In fact, the plumber who did the job gave me an initial cost for the faucet installation and I told him to forget it, it was too expensive. He then changed the price which, although expensive, was at least acceptable. What I find a little difficult to swallow is the faucet repair took 2-3 times longer than the time it took to install the two fittings for the gas range and yet the labor charge was almost the same. It all seems very suspicious to me. I was also not informed that there would be a travel charge. I was told however, that the fee to come out and evaluate the situation would be subtracted from the overall bill if I authorized any service. If that fee was waived, it was not notated in the nvoice – again, even if it isn’t the case, I feel a bit duped. Despite all this, the thing that irritated me the most was the plumber was not prepared to do the jobs I had requested. I was told the plumber would bring the faucet I chose from the designated supply store and he didn’t – he had to return to town and pick it up. On the positive side, the plumber was prompt, courteous, and kept the work area clean. I had another plumbing company run my gas line and for a number of reasons, would choose them over AAA if I need any work done in the future.

Very professional and the work appears to be high-quality thus far.

The main toilet in this house has NEVER flushed correctly. It is a wall-mounted model and had been looked several times over the 52 years the family has owned the home and to no avail. Well, Steve FIXED the toilet! We are thrilled! We were also given an estimate regarding replacing or sleeving the Orangeburg pipe. Thank you, AAA!

Sunday morning, about 0900MDT, 7 July 2013. While in my basement I noticed a "humming" sound that was unfamiliar. It was not constant, so it took me awhile to determine its source. Finally, I was in my utility room when I identified what was happening. My sewage sump pump, which services the basement bathroom, was attempting to start, but for some reason seemed to be locked up. The alarm that indicates a near-overflow malfunction had not gone off, but I knew that I had a major incipient problem. While I could postpone any usage of the bathroom downstairs until a workday, unfortunately the condensate runoff line from my HVAC air conditioning drained into the sump tank as well, and it was a warm day. Being a Sunday, it might cost more, I thought, but prudence mandated that I get the situation rectified ASAP. I consulted Angie's List for a recommendation. This was the first time I had done so since joining. Of the plumbers who were listed as having an "A" rating , AAA Plumbing had the highest number of evaluations: Eighteen. I thought that was significant, and after perusing some of the evaluations, decided to give them a call. A young lady answered the phone and once I explained my situation and gave her my location and phone number, she told me that the plumber who was "on call" would get in touch shortly. Within fifteen minutes, Jeff had called, and he was familiar with my location. (As it turned out, Jeff plays golf with my next-door neighbor.) He said that most sewage pumps were either 0.4 horsepower or 0.5 horsepower, and he would check on availability in AAA Plumbing's stockroom. He arrived less than an hour later. I showed Jeff my basement layout and, once he overheard the "humming" coming from the sump tank area, concurred with my diagnosis of the problem. In fact, he said, it fell into the "emergency" category. He donned some protective rubber overshoes so as to prevent tracking from his boots into my house, which was greatly appreciated. Before starting, he explained the procedure and gave me an exact price quote for the work. The additional fee for a Sunday job was only $60, which I thought to be reasonable. He said that the pump I had might be repairable, but I opted to have it replaced, as it was a 14-year-old original unit installed in 1999. Once removed, the pump was identified as a 0.4HP unit. It turned out that he had brought both pump types with him to cover all the bases. In less than 2 hours Jeff replaced the pump, sealed the tank, sealed the PVC drain and "breather" lines that he had had to cut, and tested the new installation. I asked Jeff for, and received, the instruction/installation manual that came with the new pump. Jeff took all of the old hardware, including some attached PVC piping, with him for disposal. AAA Plumbing equips its on call staff with portable computers and upon completion I was able to pay with a credit card. I received a complete "paid in full" invoice in the mail a few days later. I was happy with the job, as it was a potential catastrophe, and Jeff was great to work with. It's two months later, and the new pump continues to work well. As it turned out, I had met Jeff before at a birthday party at my next-door neighbor's house. It's a small world.

The gentlemen were very professional, polite, and clean. They were reasonable and they even cleaned up after themselves. I felt very positive and comfortable about having them in my house. It went very well and I would definitely use them again.

I called and within an hour I had an repairman. Was in and out job was done. Very pleased

AAA responded on a weekend and installed a new hot water heater on the weekend. They did a great job and were very considerate of my home during the whole process.

The tech was punctual, careful to listen to the problems and very good at explaining what the process was going to be along with giving an estimate. They work by the job not by the time taken. I requested the camera for an additional cost.

Very well. Technician came prepared had all he needed. Unloaded equipment, unstopped clog, re-ran snake with a large cutter head to remove as much as possible, ran camera up pipe to locate problem area, Then used pipe locator to exactly pinpoint problem area and up to home to find where cast iron from house ended, and marked all for future referance. I did not have them dig up pipe at this time did not have money for that at this time. but all still working and will tackle in spring when ground thaws.

Very good experience will use them again if the need is there.

The lady at the office was extremely friendly and went out of her way to get me service as quickly as she could even though it was not an urgent problem. Repairman showed up within 11/2 hours of my request for service . He was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. He even wore covers over his shoes to protect our floor (even in our basement). He gave me an estimate of the cost before he started. When he was finished the bill actually came out a little less than the estimate. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after he was done. I have used this company on a number of occasions in the past and have had very similar results each time they came. I highly recommend the company.

They were extremely positive. They were very prompt and very polite. It was overall an excellent experience. I would most definitely use them again.

Other than having to wait thru the weekend to avoid and extra service charge. It went very well.
