Would have loved to know what kind of work they did but I could never get him to return my call, so I went to another company.

The cleaning solution left a residue which he tried unsuccessfully to remove - twice, actually. It still is not all gone and I cannot get it up. He said he had talked to several people and they didn't know what caused discoloration of my grout. I will stain the grout and seal it. I will not use this service again. He was a very nice man who tried to fix the problem after cleaning the grout but could not. It may have been a problem with my grout - I don't know. I decided not to bother him anymore about it; he was obviously frustrated about the problem.

Steve was great in working us into his schedule. He was prompt, answered all of my questions, and the carpets looked great on my return. I recommend and would definitely use them again.

He did a good job although it took awhile to get it scheduled since we had some weather issues and scheduling problem but other than that he did a good job.

"WOW", is what I said after Steve had finished his work. These floors look like they are brand new and immediately increased the value of my home. Steve appeared several minutes early which was much appreciated. He proceeded and did a great job cleaning the house, driveway and walkway. He was highly professional and pleasant to deal with. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to others.

Steve was a pleasure to deal with. Going forward when I think of customer service, I will think of Steve. He worked with my schedule as I had originally booked a date that didn't work from my end. I was scheduled to have elbow surgery and he gladly rescheduled to the next day. He has even written me twice to see how I was feeling. Steve arrived on time, inspected the areas that I wanted cleaned. Are you ready for this? He suggested I don't spend my money because he didn't think his efforts would make a dramatic difference. How often has that happened to you? I insisted he do the work and I'm glad I did because now I know the tile and grout are clean. When Steve was leaving, I noticed there were no vans or trucks in my drive-way. His truck had broken down and rather than asking to re-schedule, he borrowed a car to make the job happen as scheduled. I highly recommend this company for tile and grout cleaning. You will have a pleasant experience and Steve will give 100% effort do the best job he can.

Very pleased with the work. Showed up as promised and worked hard. He explained carefully what he was going to do, and the results I could expect. Results were very nice.

Steve was terric. There were several cold days and since we were not in a hurry to have this done we were able to wait until the weather was warmer. After Steve came on the date of service we also had him pressure wash our driveway for an additional $120 which was very reasonable.

Some faded paint spots noticed around the home after the service that weren't there prior to service. Otherwise looked clean and fresh. Questioned us as to why our neighbor was pressure washing our driveway and indicated that he could perform a better job than the neighbor. Professionalism compromised for that statement. Good customer service otherwise.

We purchased the Big Deal for our house to be power washed! Great communicator. Steve was outstanding, did a great job, got rid of the problem area that we had and the house LOOKS BRAND NEW AGAIN! You will NOT be disappointed with his work! We would hire him again without any hesitation!

He showed up and did what he was supposed to. He did the tile and grout cleaning. This was done in a bathroom and it took a couple hours total. He was professional and scheduling was easy.

It turned out great. Steve came on time, he was punctual and courteous. He was nice and knew what he was doing. He really did a great job and cleaned up after he left too. He was also responsive. It took him about 3 to 3.5 hours to do the pressure washing on a 2 story home for us.

Steve was very professional and was excellent in communicating with me with regard to when he would be able to provide his services. He agreed to come back out at anytime if I found any issues with his work. I am completely satisfied with the quality of his work and would happily recommend him.

Steve was great! We were being harassed by our HOA for dirty siding. Steve was very quick to respond and even came out on a Sunday while the weather was decent, not freezing. He did a really great job! Highly recommended!

The tile and grout are about 40 years old. Overall I am satisfied but disappointed that the tub enclosure did not come out better. Some areas came out better than I expected and some did not. They were on time and very professional. If I was not happy they said they would come back and address anything. I am not sure that a return trip would improve the outcome, the tile and grout just probably needs to be replaced. I would use them again.

The appointment went very well and was done very timely. The provider was very friendly and also took the time to provide recommendations for other areas that could be pressure washed. He did so well on my house, I will use him to pressure wash other areas.

They did what they were supposed to do. The price was little high. It was an average job of carpet cleaning.

I was moving out of a rental property and I needed to have the carpets cleaned. Steve quoted me a price that seemed reasonable and after getting a few other estimates I decided to contact him to clean the carpets. He arrived within the time frame agreed upon and did an excellent job...the carpets looked great!

The owner (Steve) answered the phone, performed the service and did a GREAT job. He was on time and our carpets (which had been cleaned before) looked absolutely like NEW! He also cleaned the kitchen and bathroom tile floors and grout and they also looked brand new. We have had this work done by others, but their machines and equipment as well as the care shown by Steve did a FAR better job for a cost that was so reasonable. We have recomended Steve to our friends and neighbors and he has done a great job for them as well. We highly recommend them.
