I purchased the Angie's List deal to have my entire home power washed so that I could be in compliance with my HOA guidelines. One side of my house was looking pretty bad and I needed someone to fit me in ASAP so that I would not incur a fine. I purchased the deal and Steve was at my house within 3 days. The house looks brand new. Steve did a great job and did not use harsh chemicals, my grass and plants are still nice and green several days later. A neighbor saw Steve doing such a great job on my house that as soon as he was done he got Steve to powerwash theirs as well. When I need my home, driveway or deck power washed in the future I know who to call.

Purchase in December. Called over 5 times and left messages never once did they respond to calls. Service was never provided but was paid for. He got in touch with me in a reasonable amount of time. We scheduled a date, and he arrived on time.

I had let him know I was needing this work done in my shower and floor. When he came out they did not do showers and told me so I would be not be unhappy I should get a refund. I requested him to call me to schedule but he did not call and messaged me instead.

He did a great job - professional and thorough. Carpets look like new.

He did a good job. My carpet looks like new. The only don't is that his machine was very noisy.

Steve cleaned by 15-year grout to look so much better! He was also very flexible and worked with my on an 11th hour reschedule, which I really appreciated.

Carolina Tile and Carpet Cleaning (Mr. Bauver) did a thorough job at a fair price. I am very pleased with the tile cleaning service. He came out the morning after Christmas, which was good with us as it helped us get our house back in order. Would hire again.

The tile cleaning was good, it did leave a residue that was a bit slippery but after mopping it was fine.

Started off kind of slow because he forgot his extension cords. He went to local store and bought them and was right back. After the equipment was set up, the cleaning took no time at all. He took stains out of our carpet that the last steam cleaning could not do. Overall, an excellent job. After he left, noticed footprints and water on the hardwood floors. Would request that these be cleaned up on future jobs. Excellent cleaning.

I have not heard anything from the provider for this deal that I purchased from Angie's List. I want a refund.

My home is an older brick ranch I purchased and remodeled in 2008. Other than mopping and steam mopping by me, the tile and grout never had a thorough cleaning and resealing. In the kitchen it had gotten bad in spots from food stains in the grout, which I couldn't get out. After discussing this with a knowledgeable individual, I determined it would probably take me hours of scrubbing the floor on my hands and knees and using a strong bleach solution. This seemed a really bad idea all around. Steve came in with specialized equipment and thoroughly cleaned the tile and grout. I estimate he had between 3.5 to 4 hours time on site between the cleaning and resealing of the tile. This of course does not cover his trip time. It would have taken me at least three times that amount of time, and I don't think I would have gotten as good a result. This is a job you don't want to do on your own. This was money very well spent. I will have him come back and do this again. Probably in a couple of years. The floors look virtually brand new.

I purchased the home pressuring washing service. I contacted the provider several times trying to set a date & time. Finally set the date. When he called to confirm he asked me several questions about my home. When I told him I have a cedar siding home, he stated that it was not they type of home that was included in his special. He said he would come look at the house and see if he could do anything at all and would call me prior to performing any service. He stated if he wasn't able to do the service I could receive a refund. I waited for him to call which never happened. When he arrived at my home he spoke to my mother and proceeded to tell her he couldn't clean the home back to the original color nor could he clean the chimney since he didn't do brick. All he could do was a basic cleaning. He then proceeded with the basic cleaning without getting my approval. When I arrived home that evening I was very disappointed to find he had done the cleaning without my knowledge or approval. I would not use this service or recommend it to anyone else.

It went great! I have recommended them to my neighbor and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Steve did a great job pressure washing the house, deck and driveway. He was really accommodating with regard to scheduling the work and did the work over a weekend. I am really satisfied with the project and would have him return next year for a similar cleaning.

The grout looks great. He definitely takes pride in his work. We will definitely use this company again.
