Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal cleaning Dec 12. I requested the cleaning be after Christmas. I was never called to schedule the cleaning. I finally called in Jan. I needed the cleaning done prior to Jan 11 as I had major surgery schedule for Jan 12. Steve came on Sat Jan 10. He did a good job of cleaning and sealing. The only problem was that the lower part of cabinets and appliances were covered with a spray mist from the cleaning machine even tho the machine had a cover. I did not have time to call him about this - I just cleaned them myself.
