+ -1 moreHorrible. The owner, Joe, is very arrogant and refuses to take responsibility for his mistakes. I have had taped in windows for 8 weeks and I'm no more a priority to have them fixed then if it was some random person off the street. My son's window is quite literally falling apart and he see's no issues with it.
