Everthing went great!

No service provide due to cost
Description of Work: Just thought the quote over the phone was extremely high. There was a cost for each lock and each key along with a $75 trip charge. It was the trip charge that made me say no thanks.

I am sorry this customer felt that our prices were too high. We do not try to be the cheapest price around as we feel we are the best Locksmith business in our area. All service industries charge a trip charge to come to your home or business and this price varies with the distance traveled. Of course we would charge for each lock that we rekey and for every key we cut. I would expect to pay for every item I purchase at WalMart also.My business charges the prices we charge so that I may provide capable technicians with good training and tools needed to finish a job to your satisfaction. I also want to remain in business for the future and must be sure we make enough to guarantee that. We have been in business in the Greater Columbia area for over 45 years and have customers that travel extremely long distances to use us so we must be doing something right.

The locksmith was punctual and cleaned up afterwords. Since then I have gone to their store to have a tool box on my pickup un-locked and a replacement key made for it. The charge for that was nominal, and they were happy to do it (it amazes me how many businesses act put out when you bring them a small job) a very good company, nice folks.
Description of Work: New deadbolts installed on entry doors to my home and door locks re-keyed to match.
