TRIANGLE SAFE & LOCK INC

I had had another locksmith look at the door. I was told nothing could be done except replace the door (!), since similar locksets were no longer available. I looked through two Habitat Restore businesses to find a replacement, no luck. I searched online and in hardware stores - no luck. Marvin's Windows recommended Triangle Safe and Lock. The tech knew exactly what was needed and had lots of previous experience dealing with old locksets. It cost less than $200, including the service charge, to fix something that had been broken for 5 years!

Triangle Safe and Lock, Inc was on time and extremely professional: they were very accommodating and they even replaced the missing screw in one of our locks free of charge. Should we need to re-key our locks, I would definitely contact Triangle Safe and Lock again.

called them to pick the lock but it was the type that can't be picked - drilled out lock on closet door allowing access to medicines we needed - very courteous and put down paper to catch the metal pieces that came from drilling out the lock - would definitely use them again

Called to see about getting 2 deadbolt locks fixed, the guy who answered the phone made sure to ask if I had done simple trouble shooting procedures to save me money if all it needed was a shot of WD40 or something else as simple. Thought that was nice. Skip called with an ETA to make sure I would be there and showed up when he said he would. Everything went smooth and all is in operational order now. Thanks for a good and professional job.

Great Job! They repaired a broken lock that someone tried to get through over the weekend. We called them as soon as they opened and they came within 1 hour. We had them service other door locks. I was impressed with their professionalism. The technician Flip did a super job!

I would have felt comfortable using Triangle Safe and Lock, but I did chose another contractor that was slightly less expensive.

My experience was good. They were very helpful and flexible with setting up the appointment. They were on time for the appointment and were done quickly with the job, less than an hour.

My key would not unlock my house door. I called one company that did not work out well. Then I called Triangle. It was Saturday evening. He called me back promptly. Arrived at the time he said he would. Got me in the house. And rekeyed the lock and made extra keys.

It went extremely well. The rack had no key so they had to pick and dissasemble both the locks on one of the racks. I was in a hurry so they took the parts in and I picked up everything the next day. The above and beyond service came in after I got the new keys. Before I left I tried the new keys but could not get them to work on the other locks due to lack of use. They took the time to unfreeze the locks and made sure everything was working before I left. No extra charge.

I called to have locksets replaced for home residence. The person on the phone was professional. They made arrangements for same day service. The installer was just as professional. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He even made us extra keys from his van. Great service.

Excellent experience. We needed three deadbolts and three doorknob locks replaced and keyed alike. The job was finished in a timely manner and the locksmith was professional.

I've used Triangle Safe and Lock Inc. 2 or 3 times and I have been very happy, but this time I'm not happy. They already came out once because I couldn't get one of my doors to open and now with my back door deadbolt the only way I can get the key out of the door is if it's in the locked position. I had the pest control people at my home and I was trying to let them out and I couldn't open the door. I had to mess with the deadbolt 2 to 3 times just to get it open and I don't know if they'll fix it because it's been a couple months since I've used them. I'm kind of disappointed because they have always given me very good service and with this particular incident they have not. I have not been satisfied and I don't know if they changed management or sent me a new employee, but I think I will look for someone else.

I dropped off two door handles and a dead bolt to be rekeyed. The job was finished within an hour and everything went smoothly. I think the price was a little high but not unreasonable and I'm sure comparable to other locksmiths. I would definitely use this company again.

They were wonderful! I was able to get an appointment within 2 days, they arrived on time, did the work quickly and neatly, and were pleasant and easygoing to work with. Very professional, too -- we discussed different types of locks available today, or rather they explained and I learned. These guys are totally up-to-date! If I need the services of a locksmith again, I would only need to call Triangle.

I called in the morning and had a technician at my house that afternoon. The tech was prompt, friendly and most importantly, good a what he does. The work was completed to my full satisfaction. I appreciated the fact that the tech took the time to explain the operation of my keypad entry system. He also asked me to check the operation on all the doors to ensure it met my requirements. I don't anticipate needing the assistance of a locksmith again anytime soon, but if I do I'll know who to call. Now you do too!

I thought they were fantastic! The man who came was very nice and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job, was thorough and made sure that I understood what he was doing and how much each service would be. They charge a service charge to come to your home and a fee for each service you request, but I thought everything was very reasonable. I will definitely give them a call again if I need service.

Easy to get convenient appt, technician arrived exactly at appointed time. We spoke and agreed on work to be done, and work was completed as such, in reasonable time frame. Very thorough, made sure all keys, locks worked well before leaving. When lokcs removed from front door, a little paint around them was disturbed. Technician showed it to me, and explained he tried his best, but when painted after lock installed unavoidable - I thought this showed honesty, and pride in his work. And I agree it was not avoidable, and not really that noticeable. Very pleased - wish all service companys were this good.
