Description of Work: Not sure they honored the coupon. 1st plumber good. Few months later 2nd plumber was on call--unprofessional, complained about all he had to do, rude to me on phone the next morning when I tried to call and get a different plumber and he answered instead.

Description of Work: Mr Knight was excellent. My sewer/drain pipes were clogged from tree branches that had broken into the clean out pipe outside, and he did a very good job of cleaning it out with the right tools. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him and will certainly keep using him.

Description of Work: I had a main sewer line blockage. I saw an ad on Angie’s List that said they are available for emergencies 24/7. I called on Saturday or Sunday. They didn’t call me back until Monday. They came out Monday and did the work. They did a good job. If they are going to going say they are 24/7 they should have a special number linked to their ad. I didn’t want to wait until Monday with this kind of problem.

+ -1 moreThere are too many different stories to tell to really relate. They have unclogged lines,installed hot water heaters,garbage disposal units,toilets,sump pumps ,all new pipes underhouses etc. All has gone well.
Description of Work: I have used Knight's Plumbing for the past 20 years probably as many as 15 times a year because I have rental houses. They have been very timely. Ihave never had any problem with the quality of their work or the professionalism of the technician. The prices charged are reasonable. I would recommend this company without reservation.

+ 0 moreI needed an emergency clean-out. All of the drains in the kitchen and laundry room were backed up into the clean out, then going to the street. Knight's was able to "work me in" between other emergencies. I am a teacher and cannot take much time off during the day to wait, so they told me that they'd call me when they were within 1/2 hour of my house. That gave me time to go home. The job was done quickly and thoroughly.
Description of Work: Washer and sink were slow to drain and clean out drain was overflowing onto driveway. Knight's Plumbing came within a day of my contacting them. Arrived at scheduled time. Explained nature of the problem [trees roots in line] and cleared the line thoroughly. The fee was much lower than I expected. It was an extremely cold day and I appreciated the repairman working in such conditions. They guaranteed their work and billed me rather than collecting on the spot. I would definitely use them again. Knight's was recommended by a friend who had used them in the past.
