It went very well. Jeff came on New Year's Day to evaluate problem and determined it was a slow leak. Returned on Monday to replace unit. It was difficult to get to because it was in a former pantry with a stacked washer-dryer unit in front of it. He wore a mask at all times.

The office responded quickly to my first call and was willing to work around my schedule as best they were able. Courteous, on time, fair price and made sure to clean up afterwards. I really liked our plumber and the office staff. F

Jeff Hill did all of the work very professionally. Very courteous. Explained what he was doing and made all of the needed repairs. Have used Knights on prior occasions and have been very satisfied with their work. Definitely recommended.

The job went very smoothly and is an excellent job. Tim and his helper, and brother John, were pleasant, efficient and a joy to work with. I've used Knight's Plumbing several times in the past and have always found them to be efficient, friendly and fair priced. They are my "go to" guys for plumbing issues.

Kenny arrived when they said he would and worked professionally and thoroughly. He had to go get a part for the outdoor spigot. In all, the entire job took about 1- 1 1/2 hours. He was friendly and personable, providing information about what he did and what to expect. We were very pleased with the service and will use them in the future. Plumbing work is expensive but I thought his price was better than others we had in the past.

I called the day after Labor Day to see if someone could come out to fix a leaking sink fitting. I was told that someone could come out the next day. They showed up before noon and fixed the leak and installed a new faucet. They also turned our water heater to a more comfortable temperature. The price was great and the service was excellent. I will definitely keep their number handy and recommend them to everyone!

Great service...tried very hard to repair water heater without replacing it. Industrious..explained every part of every job. Replaired all toilet handles so they now flush correctly, noticed a sink was leaking ( I did not) and repaired it. Great to work with. Highly recommend.

Silt had been coming up in my bathtubs and my sinks and toilets were blocked. He did an excellent job and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very pleasant and efficient. I will continue to call on him.

A plumber from Knight's came to check my leaking, cheap three-handle bathtub faucet; he recommended replacing it with a new single-handle faucet. Unfortunately, this would require removal of several tiles from the wall and a few hundred more dollars. Since the existing tile surrounding the tub looked like a DYI job that was not well done, I decided to have the entire tub surround replaced with white subway tile. The plumber recommended an experienced tile specialist, Lucious Daniels, who was reliable, meticulous (and sober). The entire job took about 3 1/2 days and the total cost of the plumbing + tile replacement was about $2300--but it was worth every penny. The new fixtures look great and work very well. The tilework is absolutely beautiful, including a new recessed niche to replace the old soap dish. It has been over 4 months since they completed the job and I have had no problems with the plumbing or the tile.

The previous home owner replaced most of the old cast iron sewer pipe under my house, but for some reason left the run from the kitchen sink to our main bathroom. After bringing out a plumber on two separate occasions (over a 6 or 7 year span) to have the line cleared, we decided to go ahead and replace it with PVC. We had the job quoted by another plumber and thought the job was cost prohibitive, but Knight's Plumbing's quote came in much lower and two different people highly recommended them to me, so we hired them to do the job. I was a bit surprised to find that they didn't remove the old cast iron pipe from under the house after then cut it out. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did take two of us to maneuver the heavy pipe out from under the house. Since we didn't discuss removal of the old pipe prior to the work being done and the price was so good I didn't feel it necessary to call them to come back out. About a year later I did have an issue with the pipe and they offered to send someone out later in the week, but I had duct installers at my house and was leaving town so I just couldn't wait that long. They did try to fit me in, but they were working on a large commercial emergency job that was quite a distance away and couldn't make it. I understood and will definitely use them again.

The work was excellent. He stuck to his quote even though the project cost him more time and effort than anticipated. He's come out twice for us and has solved things that other people didn't want to deal with. He knew what to do and he knew how to solve the issues.

Knight's Plumbing Co were wonderful! They came in and did exactly what was asked of them and did it quickly and neatly, everyone that my contractor used was top notch. There was one man that came in and did all of the work and I was very satisfied with him and his work.

Called Knights because of thier high ratings on Angie's List. Spoke with Ms. Knight and she said she would call me back when they could come out. I didnt hear from her for the remainder of that day, so I called her back the next day. Once again, she said she would call me back - that they had employees who were sick, etc. She was very nice and courteous, but did not follow up as promptly as I expected. I didnt hear back from her again so I called her back. At this point she was once again apologetic and very nice. She arranged for one of her plumbers to meet me at my house. I asked her to have the plumber call me right before he arrived at my house so that I could put the Dogs away.......they go crazy when stangers come to the door.......this was not done either.......and I had to deal with the Dogs going nuts while trying to talk with Tim, the plumber. Tim was extremely nice and professional and performed exactly the work that was required to fix my problem. He was at my house for about an hour and met my expectations completely. His bill was for $150.00...which I thought was pretty high for the small amount of time and work that was performed. Regardless, Im satisfied with the work and I may consider using Knights plumbing again; however, I cant recommend them because of the broken promises to call back - which i consider poor customer service. Tim, however, was very good.

punctual, professional and quality services

We contacted Knight's Plumbing to clear out the pipes from our laundry room and the kitchen sink and to install a new sink and faucet set in the kitchen. We purchased the sink and faucet set in advance. Jeff and Tim arrived on time and immediately got to work. They went under the house and in a small shed connecting to our laundry room to be sure that the pipes were cleared in all directions. They installed the sink and faucet set quickly and neatly. I did not have some of the fixtures (drains) needed and they had to make a trip to get tthe part. They were only gone a short period of time and when they returned were right back on the job. They did a great job and we were very happy with the results. They did not leave a mess anywhere and were very professional. We had received an and quot;over the phoneand quot; estimate for the work with a cautionary statement that it could be more depending on what they found. We honestly expected it to be more; however, they held to the price quotes. We received excellent value for the money spent! We will definitely call Knights Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

I called Knight's Plumbing about 8AM because of a leak under the kitchen sink and asked them when someone could get here and she said someone would be there before 12 and about 11:45 Kenny, the plumber they sent rang my doorbell. Kenny was very pleasant and personable and was able to find the problem in a very short time, it was a leak in the sprayer hose. He didn't have one with the right fitting on the truck so had to go get one. After he returned he replaced the hose quickly and cleaned up after himself and was on his way. All in all it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a plumbing company from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing work and would highly recommend them.

Their prices are very reasonable, much more so than the big advertised plumbers in our area that tend to overcharge. I have used them several times and will continue to use them.

When the plumber arrived and saw the existing set up, he said "Oh lord!" . I immediately thought the job had just gotten way expensive, but was given what I consider to be a reasonable price to reconfigure drainage and update the water supply set up (to which I said OK). He looked over the job again, went under the house, made a list of what he needed and left to pick up the parts he needed. When he returned with another plumber, I just felt sure that the price of the job just doubled. But it did not - they stuck to their original price quote and with two guys, got the job done in good time. I am extremely happy with my new plumbers!

I had a dead possum under my house, after it was removed I was told that it had knocked a pipe loose underneath my bathtub. I called Knights and they said they were able to come out later that day, I received a call several minutes later and was told they could come right away. He arrived at my house a few minutes later. He crawled under my house and tightened the loose pipe. He was only there for a few minutes and I was only charged the service fee. He was extremely nice and professional and I would definitely use them in the future.
