Arrived on time, went to work right away. Very courteous. Only problem was that he only took 30 minutes to clean all rooms and did not treat any spots or do any extra work.

The response from the service was prompt. I had to change the date of my appointment, and they were very pleasant about the change. They also called back twice to confirm the date. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I am very pleased with the results, and I will definitely call Carolina Carpet Cleaning of the Midlands again.

From the initial call this was a fantastic experience. The appointment was quickly scheduled and a reminder call was given the night before. The cleaner showed up on time and represented himself and the company in a professional manner. The work was completed quickly and efficiently; sooner than expected to tell the truth. We were impressed with the job and manner in which it was performed and will call for our next appointment with them as soon as the time comes.

As I said above , that I could could not even ask for a better carpet cleaner as Chris knew his his job and worked in a professional manner, answered all questions I asked of him,( also the ones my children asked and never got annoyed with them.)

My appointment setup over the phone was nice and professional. We set up a date about 3 weeks out. The technician (Kyle) showed up exactly on the appointed time. He was polite and professional, telling me exactly wha processes he was going to use to clean the carpet in the 4 rooms that I had selected to be cleaned. His work and the information he shared about certain spots and hard-to-clean spaces was right on target. He also gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to use for potential future spots. The whole job--pre-treatment, actual cleaning, ScotchGuard, and cleanup took about an hour or so. I was very pleased with his work and will certainly use Carolina Carpet Cleaning again. (Actually, he had the easy job. My moving all the furniture and doing all the vacuuming before he arrived was the toughest part, for sure!)

He was on time and discussed what he was going to do. The service guy was helpful and showed me a third of the way through the degree to which the cleaning was effective. It was a remarkable difference.

We had an Angies List Big Deal coupon for $99 for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning and we paid an additional $15 for the hallway. They called us the day before the work was scheduled and Kyle the technician arrived on time. He was very professional. He treated all the carpet stains prior to cleaning the carpet. We are coompletely satisfied with the work performed. We were given a bottle of spot remover for no additional charge.

Extremely disapointed. Carpets were still dirty after they left (I don't have kids or pets). The 2 cleaners were only here for about 20 minutes to do 3 rooms. They did not clean the carpet in the walk in closet even though the door was open and nothing was on the floor. When I called 10 minutes after they left to say they did not do the closet, the owner said that I didn't specifically ask to have it done, so they didn't do it. He would not send the guy back, even though my neighbors told me the truck was still parked down the street. I asked them to move my treadmill (the kind you fold up and move) and they said they didn't do that, so the one guy just stood there and watched while I moved it (I'm a female in my 60s). On the call I also said that the carpet was not clean and it was especially bad at the threshold of the bedroom. He said to let it dry and then call him again if it was still dirty. Three days later it was dry and still dirty. I wonder why they didn't pretreat and also wonder if there was cleaning product in their machine. My neighbor came by with the portable machine he rented from Lowe's and cleaned the carpet for me and it really made a difference. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I was so unhappy with this company I felt I should.

He arrived on time and examined each room for problems. He described exactly what he would do in each room and then proceeded to clean the carpets. He was professional and knowledgable regarding the work he was doing.

Overall the service was a mixed bag ! Hallway was the best room cleaned (outstanding), in one room they didn't even get behind the door? Couch and recliner turned out good, but living room was so-so. Had this done for my mother-in law and the carpet was heavily soiled to say the least (living room was a mess). The hose they ran from garage to the house leaked water all in her kitchen and during the clean up they just walked over it and left. Needless to say it's not my job to clean up your mess, but I got stuck with it anyway. I work in customer service and I would say the clean up is what caused most of this fair grade. It was a good/fair job (carpet), with a lousy clean up.

Jack is very professional. We set up an appt. for a rental property whole house carpet cleaning and they did a great job with a highly soiled carpet. I had them come to my home and they were punctual, professional and did an excellent job. I sent my 2 rugs to their shop for pet stain issues and Jack offered me a discount for the volume of services.

I chose this company after viewing Angie's List. I called and left my name and number and received a return call in about an hour. I described my area needing cleaning and received a price quote, including the discount coupon found on Angie's List by this company. The service man came a few minutes before the scheduled time. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and he went right to work. He was here about an hour. I felt very comfortable with him in the house, which is important to me in this age we live in. He was very thorough and went over the work with me when he finished.

Morgan and Travis came out to perform the work. Professional and polite guys. Job only took a little over an hour. Price quoted over the phone was more than what I actually paid, so that was a nice surprise. Overall everything looked great. Will hire for future cleanings.

Very well. The serviceman came around 9 am and left close to 10am. He was very polite, informative and helpful (at the time I was 8 mos pregnant and he had no problem moving furniture for me.)

I made the appointment the week before at a quoted price, which I felt was reasonable. The owner called me the day before to confirm the appointment. They were there waiting for me when I arrived home from work. The carpets were cleaned in about one hour and they looked fantastic. A few old stains were removed that I thought was impossible. The technician was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jack and co. have been cleaning our upholstery & rugs for 6 years. I believe we were one of their first customers. I have seen them grow in confidence, skill and professionalism. The first service date went a little rocky but as I said, they steadily improved. We will continue to hire them for these cleaning services - without a doubt!

I have heavy furniture, and with only one guy coming, I didn't want him to lift anything. My niece had spilled some chocolate and a sandwich on the floor, right next to the chairs. He cleaned right around that area. The only thing that was moved was the coffee table in my 18' x 20' room. I was hoping he could get the stain up. Without much effort, it didn't come up, and he left it at that. Before, I have had three rooms cleaned for the same price, with better results. They were very professional, but the price seemed a bit high for what he actually did.

This has been my first experience with Carolina Carpet Cleaning, but it certainly won't be the last. They were excellent from start to finish. My initial phone call to their office took less than 5 minutes for them to assess what would be needed to perform the service requested and they set up the appointment for the next morning. Chris called about 45 minutes prior to his arrival at my house, and was there right when he said he would be. The estimate of time required for the service was right on.
