No response to my response for a quote.

This owner did not show up neither did he even call. My service was never performed as a result of a no show. He did all that bragging to support the cost of the service and he wasn’t professional nor thoughtful enough to show up. I was very disappointed with much reason. I really needed this service performed at my home. Especially before my trip. I tried pro reschedule with an alternative but due to the time frame I was unsuccessful. This has really impacted my decision to ever try this site again.

What a wonderful experience! David was early (yay!), professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A great representative for the company. He informed us what he would be doing, why he was doing it and how long the process would take. He answered every question we had and even offered tips on how to keep the carpet looking its best. Win-win!

Great service! Steve called prior to arriving at the motger-in-laws home - he was right on time. Professional introduction and walk through to discuss job. He pretreated stains, and roto machined high traffic areas. The whole process took only 1 1/2 hours. Steve is a wizard with carpet! Great job! Thanks!

It was very easy to work with Carolina carpet care. Phone calls were returned promptly, the entire process was explained in detail, and the quote was very detailed. We knew exactly what was going on the entire time. They were very good about confirming appointment times and also arriving on time. Their service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciated the communication and having a wonderful job done.

Went great. Dave showed up on time and was made to wait unfortunately (had other workers in the way at first) which he did and was appreciated. He also answered all my questions which is always a plus. Carpet cleaning was quick only took about an hour and the results were superb. Price was very reasonable as well.

Steve the Carolina Carpet Cleaning technician was fast, efficient, and a very nice person. He did a great job.

Said they did not move furniture, but did when I started moving it myself. Beautiful job of steam cleaning. I had never had my carpets steam-cleaned before. The cleaner orally told me some conditions after cleaning, like how I was supposed to handle the wet carpets; that they would come back for $35 if some of the spots reappeared. Then I signed that he had told me these things. When he left, I noticed on the paper near where I had signed that steam-cleaning carpets on wood floors could damage the wood. I had not been told that before or after the steam-cleaning. I had been unaware of the risk. I believe they should have asked me if there were wood floors underneath the carpet and been upfront with me about the risk, . ****UPDATE: I was mistaken the note on the paper was referring to area rugs without padding. My hardwood floors will not be harmed afterall.

Service was great. David showed up promptly and went to work. He was very professional did an outstanding job. The furniture looks great. The price was very reasonable.
