Service was prompt, they called ahead to confirm. I was told upfront that there would be an extra charge to treat the carpets for pet stains, which was fine and we chose to use that option. We had some fairly stubborn stains from spills (we have 2 young grandsons) plus, normal wear and tear and the occasional "oops" from our 2 dogs. The carpets looked brand new when they left, and they left us with a bottle of stain removal (which was nice when one of those grandsons spilled chocolate ice cream all over the floor 2 days later!) We'll use them again.

Everything that was asked was performed correctly and in a timely manor.

He soaked the pet stain areas in all mentioned rooms. Moved furniture around to get to pet stains. Took about 2 hours. Pleased with the end results. I was pleased with what I paid versus how the carpet turned out

Was a little expensive but they did a great job. Punctual, professional, friendly. Thoroughly cleaned areas; spent extra time on stubborn spots. Provided info on maintenance and care. Since I was very satisfied with the service, I will use them again and recommend this company to others.

They did a very good job. I like the way he cleaned the carpet. The man that came to do the work was very friendly and made sure everything was ok before he left.

Wow! Very impressed. Scheduling went well. David, who did the actual cleaning of my carpet did a fantastic job. He will be the one I request next time. He was friendly and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He didn't skimp on the products used to clean the carpet and did a very thorough job. I had been using another company in the past, but from now on, it's gonna be these guys. As far as cost, this deal can't be beat. Outstanding job and appreciated!

The person cleaning the stains was professional and polite. i thought that the price was pretty high, and then he offered to use an additional service which would guarantee the stain would not reoccur if we paid extra.

Went well they did what they said

I paid to have my couch and love seat cleaned and deodorized. Once the couch and love seat dried, I looked them over and was very disappointed so I got a bucket of warm water, oxi clean and a brush and cleaned them my self. Hours later they looked almost as good as they did the day I bought them. What a waste of money. lesson learned.

Great! Arrived on time and did the entire job in an hour. Clean, pleasant, professional and did not try to "upsell" me on any items I did not need or want. The carpets and furniture look great!

We usedt them before and had a great experience. We needed to have two bedrooms cleaned as we turn one into a nursery and replace the furniture in another, and ready about a $99 package they offered through Angie's List that covered 800 sq ft. I bought the package, and communicated with them by email. It was a breeze. They were on time, fast, and did a great job. They were friendly and easy to deal with. This is the second time we've used them and we plan to use them again.

I got the name from Angie's List, called for an appointment which was set for a few days later. The technician called to announce he could get to our house earlier than expected. He was at our house for a reasonable amount of time and was very neat and professional. He did a great job!

I contacted them about a week in advance. They were very flexible, responsive, and friendly. They were able to work to my schedule and help me out in a difficult situation. They were reliable and communicative, and showed a great attention to detail. I would definitely use this business again.

They did a great job! We are moving into a home that has been unoccupied for an extensive period of time and were very concerned about the overall cleanliness of the carpets. Mike, our service tech, did a fantastic job and took his time, especially over a few areas that looked a bit suspicious. Crew showed up on time and finished in about 4 hours. We had to move electronics from the floor area so they could work. Other than that, our involvement was minimal. After they left, we found they had cleaned the mat at the entrance door but had not cleaned the carpet under the mat!! Seems like company policy should be to do both.
