Description of Work: They cleaned master bedroom and living/dining room carpets. We had not seen a stain in the living room carpet before it was cleaned, but found the stain after the carpet dried. The technician did not point out a stain when he was cleaning nor mention it later. We felt he should have said and done something about the stain.

Description of Work: John cleaned all my carpets and two large area rugs. John did a great job and took his time... he uses a process that dries very quickly. The cost was a bit more than I was used to paying for other carpet cleaning services; however, his professionalism and quality work is well worth the cost.
