ALL AMERICAN HEATING AND AIR IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, AND PLEASING COMPANY TO WORK WITHJEFF --- WAS THE FIRST REPRESENTATIVE I HAD CONTACT WITH, AND I MUST ADMIT I GAVE HIM A HARD TIME, WITH ALL SORTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT, WHERE, AND WHY THINGS HAD TO GET FIXED, AS I THOUGHT THAT MY SYSTEM WAS WORKING FINE----- I DISCOVERED I WAS IN ERROR , AS A LOT OF THINGS WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY WITH MY CURRENT HEATING AND AIR SYSTEM------ HE SUGGESTED I CALL OTHERS AND GET EVALUATIONS ABOUT OUR UNIT AND COMPARE PRTCES AND SEE WHAT THEYTOLD ME AND HE WAS CORRECT, ABOUT THE INITIAL DIAGNOSIS AS WELL AS THE FACT THAT HE HAD GIVEN US THE " LOWEST AND MOST RESONABLE QUOTE" FOR THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY WERE THE THREE "P's" FOR ME ------ PROMPT ----- PROFESSIONAL ---- AND POLITE !!!!!!! YOU DON'T SEE THAT OFTEN IN TODAY'S BUSINESS'S THE OWNER, HIMSELF, SHOWED UP AND MADE SURE WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED ------ ALL FIVE OF THE "GENTLEMEN " AND I MEAN THAT LITTERLY, THAT PERFORMED THE WORK FOR US YESTERDAY WERE VERY NICE AND MANNERLY, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE SWEATING TO DEATH IN OUR "HOT HELLISH ATTIC" AND I WAS INTERUPTING THEM WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I WAS SURPRISED AT THEIR CANDOR AND KNOWLEDGE AND TRULY LEARNED MANY ASPECTS OF THE HEATING AND AIR COND. REPAIR BUSINESS AND WHAT IT CONSIST OF------THEY ARE ALL AN ASSET TO ALL AMERICAN TEAM ------ I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AN ALL DAY JOB BUT THEY FOOLED ME ------ EACH OF THE STAFF STAYED FOCUSED AND ON TASK UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS OF ALL THEIR EFFORTS AND DEDICATION. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM TO ANY OF YOU NEEDING ANY HEATING AND AIR WORK AND WILL CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED. MR AND MRS THEODORE W MILLS

The guy they sent out to do the estimate did a great job of doing a very thorough inspection. He was also on time, and very professional. One thing I really liked was that the guy they sent to do the estimate had experience actually doing HVAC work (i.e. he wasn't just a salesman). He noticed, pointed out, and made recommendations that the other companies that gave estimates did not. In the end I did not hire All American. The reason, however, was due to the fact that this was close to a $10,000 job and another company offered an interest free for a year financing option. If this was a job that I was going to pay out of my pocket all at once I would have hired them.

My overall experience with them has been excellent. I will continue to use their services in the future.

They are phenomenal and service members of my family including my mom's business and my house. When you call them they always call to take care of me no matter what the hour is. It is a family business; they are fantastic and I will use them again in the future. I am always cautious of whom I recommend but I recommend this company.

They were very fast to respond and were very professional. I thought that they gave me a fair price for replacing the unit.

Some circumstances intervened that delayed our letting of our bid. When I called and indicated I wanted the work done they stepped up and came in two days. (Faster than I expected) They arrived at 8:30 am and were done by 3:00 pm. It was a swarm! Happy workers teaming up and then breaking to do individual chores and then back together. Some upstairs, some in the crawl space, some on the main floor, the rest out side with the mechanicals. They walked me through the house showing what had been changed, asked me to check on outside clean up and presented all the manuals a papers for the units installed. All was ship shape in the end. The crew was very jovial and happy throughout the day and responsive to any inquiry I brought up during the job.

This was the first time that I used them, and I was very impressed with them. They were very courteous. The person that came out said I should get a maintenance plan because of the age of the system. We talked about the age of the machine and everything else. There was no pressure or anything to buy their maintenance plan. They were very nice people, and they came out right away. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I think they are on Angie's List. They were very good.

I checked Angie's list and picked All American Heating & Air based on the reviews and the overall rating. I called them on 11/2/11 from work and they told me they could have someone at my house in 1 hour. Wow! That was unexpected so I had to make an appointment for the following morning at 8:30. The tech showed up at 8:15 which was fine with me and I explained that both of my HVAC units were not working properly. He went right to work inspecting both and then explained to me in detail what needed to be fixed and why. The downstairs unit needed a new motor and the good news is that they had a motor on the truck that fit the unit and that was replaced within the hour. Unfortunately, the upstairs unit needs to be replaced as it is over 25 years old and it has been patched up over the last few years by other HVAC companies. The tech explained that it had rusted through and would leak if let running (it is a gas unit) and it also needed a new heat exchanger. I then asked for an estimate and was given different HVAC unit options which I am currently considering. I asked him many questions about duct work, different units, etc. and he answered all of them. At no time was I pressured about replacing the unit right away or trying to sell me new duct work etc. which has happened with others in the past. When I am ready to replace the upstairs HVAC unit, you can bet that All American Heating & Air will be doing the work. They are courteous, prompt, professional and most of all, Knowledgeable. Their service is outstanding. I should have contacted them years ago. I highly recommend them.

We were really pleased with the work they did.

After two repair calls to another heating and air conditioning company that we had used in the past left us hundreds of dollars poorer and still suffering for a week in near 100 degree temperatures, we called All American on July 21. They came out promtply, told us what the problem was and gave us 3 estimates for solutions to fix it. I called them several times with questions as we considered which option we would choose, repair or replace, and they always responded with answers promptly. Because our unit was old we chose to replace the whole thing. The next day they sent a large work crew and had the new unit up and running in about 3 hours. They also ran a new drain line for it because the old one was clogged. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Overall it was an excellent experience from start to finish. When I first contacted All American and explained the situation, they informed me that it could take up to a week to get the compressor, but they would do all they could to locate one locally , or get one sooner if possible. All american notified me the next day that a compressor had been located and scheduled a service/repair call for the next morning. The next morning All Amrican called me and notified me the technician was on the way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. The technician arrived within 30 minutes in a clearly marked company truck, wearing a company uniform and introduced himself. The technician, Jason, was very polite, professional and informative during the entire service/repair call.Jason asked me to expalain what was wrong with the A/C sytem, what had happened. Iexplained everything I could and that the technician from the first service call from Service Experts had informed me that it would cost $3062 to replace the compressor and that the ujnit was not wrth the repair. Jason performed a diagnosis and determined the compressor was faulty and grounded to short,but that the unit overall was in great shape and did not need to be replaced. After replacing the compressor, Jason replaced an incorrect capacitor that had been installed by Service Expertsand replaced the damaged/incorrectly wired fuse/disconnect with a new disconnect; mounted and wired.While recharging the system, it was determined that the low side pressure was abnormally low and Jason determined the 0.80 piston was missing at the AHU, replaced the piston and charged to system to normal pressure. While testing the unit and HVAC system after the repairs, Jason found wires with damaged insulation and exposed wire and replaced the wires. The system was run and tested and determined to be in excellent working condition. The initial estimate from All American to repair a faulty compressor was $950. The total for repairs to include the diagnosis, compressor replacement, fuse/disconnect replacement, capacitor replacement, piston replacement, wire replacement and testing totalled $1125, $175 more for the additional unexpected repairs. At each point, Jason explained what repairs were needed and explained why. The $1125 to replace the compressor was almost 1/3 the cost quoted by Service Experts and the additional $175 for the additional repairs was less than expected. The entire service call took four 1/2 hours. Oveall the experience was outstanding and I will use All American in the future and highly recommend them. Great service for a great price.

Just a rourine job in replacing the heat pump , the work was ok nothing special.

The overall experience was good. The service professional was a professional, very knowledgeable about his work and was very informative about the subject. He did his work without a hitch and left. It took no more than 30 or 40 minutes.

At 7 am on Saturday morning woke up to a hot house (84 degrees inside). Checked the heat pump outside, and there was no activity. Came inside, went to Angie's List, found All American H&A, and called. The weather was so hot I figured they'd be busy and I'd have to wait a while. Apparently the answering service (I called at 7:30 am) relayed the call, and someone from All American called me back in minutes. He said they would get there that day, he just couldn't say when. I resigned myself to a long, hot wait. About an hour later I got a call, I was in luck, they were in the area and would be right over. The motor on my heat pump had failed, leaving the compressor to overheat. I had two options: 1) get a new motor and hope that the compressor could recover ($550) or 2) get a new system (mine was about 15 years old; $4800). I opted for the new system since mine was so old and I didn't want to pay $550 and it still not work. Again I figured it would be a while before they could get to it. He told me it would be Monday morning at 8:30 am, which, considering everything, was very quick. After an extremely hot and trying weekend, a huge truck and six workers arrived at a couple of minutes before 8:30 am on Monday. Everything was replaced in about 3.5 hours. My heating and air conditioning has never been so nice.I am completely satisfied with All American Heating and Air, and I would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I won't need their services any time soon, but I'd go with them again in a heartbeat. I also have to say that Angie's List paid for itself with that one recommendation.

I called and they had a service tech out to my house in one hour! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. he went straight to work once her arrived. as i said above, he took his time to make sure everything was how it should be. I think my only feedback would be my confusion on the pricing. When i had called, the lady told me it would be $85 to look at the downstairs unit, and 44 for the upstairs. I honestly am not sure how we ended up at the 400 price point, other than the fact that the freon was around 160 bucks. If you have any questions, just make sure to ask the rep to break it down. he did, this is not against him, i just think we need an itemized receipt so that we can truly know what it did cost us. What was great, was he did give me a discount over all on the service. If you have any issues, i would call this company now, they are great. UPDATE 8/25/11 So, after this tech told me it would be $850 to replace the coil, i did end up seeking a second opinion. Because, this tech told me it was Under warranty, would be $250 for shipping and handling, and $500 to install the new coil. I had another guy come out today from another company. he couldnt believe what i was told. He had picked up the coil on his way to my house this morning [it was in stock LOCALLY], replaced it, refilled the unit with 6lbs of coolent, for $120! Skip this company if the bid seems high. I am kicking myself for having paid them 400 in June..

We had a hard sales job from another contractor and was wanting $12k+ due to all of the problem we have with our system. All American came in and was able to make the required adjustments for less than $1,000 dollars. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. Steve and his crews arrived promptly and completed the work. I was very impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail. There were no shortcuts taken which speed the job - all work was double checked for completeness. Prior to leaving the job, the crews cleaned up all materials and work areas, removed old equiptment, and left the house and grounds clean. I am pleased with their work and would recommend them anyone considering new HVAC equiptment.

I called All American on Friday at noon. The owner called me back at 1:30 to let me know he was sending a tech out to look at my unit that afternoon. The tech arrived at 3pm and surveyed the unit and quoted me a very competitve price for installation. Much to my suprise they were able to put us on the schedule for first thing Monday morning. Installers arrived at 8:30 and were finished by 12:30. The house is much cooler already and these guys were great to work with! I would highly recommend that anyone in need of hvac work to call these guys. Thanks to Rusty and Gene for their great work!

We didn't have a bit of a problem with them. I don't remember how much we spent. I thought they were very good. They were very professional. That was the first time that we had used them. They were on time and professional. They seemed to know what they were doing. We had questions and they were fine about answering them.

Very professional and respectful and cleaned after themselves nicely. No problems at all.

They were quick to come and they were on time. They did an excellent job. They are quick to come back if needed. The price was a tad high.

I was called two days ago by the company to schedule a time to perform this service. We agreed on a possible day but that was not confirmed and no acutal time was made as well. The next time I heard from them was to inform me the technician was on the way to my home and he would be arriving within ten minutes. I was at home and allowed him in but this is not acceptable. Service people (owners and staff) need to understand that their customer's time is just as valuable as their's and we have choices. This disrupted my schedule and I do not intend on renewing their contract.

The entire installation and cost was very good. The crew was great.
