I was very well pleased by their service. My unit is older and I was advised to replace it and was told about the ways All American could help me. The tech removed the ice, cleaned up the unit and tested to see that it was functioning properly. He went above the call of duty.

As always, superior technical and customer service: responsive, professional, clear, fair-priced, friendly and helpful from the first phone call to schedule the appointment to the finish of the job! My unit/system received inspection and maintenance and freon was added. I re-initiated my 2 times/year maintenance agreement. Thank you!

I sought quotes from three reputable HVAC companies. Their quote was not the lowest, but I was very impressed with their knowledge and recommendations - i.e. increase unit size to address heating and cooling issues, and verified we had the proper number of service and exhaust vents to handle the larger unit. They quoted $6500 and delivered all they promised at that price. Their team of four efficiently removed the old unit (and took it with them), and completed the new unit installation including a new wi-fi thermostat in under four hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all team members! They walked me through everything they had done and addressed all my questions. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with any service organization!

Company would not come to St. Matthews. I called them directly when I did not hear from them for several days after submitting a request for a bid through Angie's List. They were courteous, but of no help.

Excellent. Arrived early. Solved an initial problem with the unit. Installation seemed professionally done.

Excellent service… Showed up exactly when they said they would, courteous, explained everything very well, efficient with their time, reasonably priced. I will use them again.

Average. I had a big job. They Installed new $6000 unit with new ductwork, they gave no options. Just showed up late and put the unit of THEIR choice in. Probably the one they make the most profit on. REALLY? I have NO CHOICES? Never heard of the brand. They left holes at bottom of unit where mice and rats can get under the house. The way it's installed is ugly. Big eyesore with gobs of silicone all around. Never cleaned area where old unit was located. I told them the house didn't heat or cool evenly from front to back. They blew me off and said it was because of the trees and sun hitting house. Oh, at night too???? It's because of the trees outside my house. Jerk. Then I accidentally flipped the breaker, I thought unit went bad. I realize it was my fault, they charged $90 to flip a switch. I'm disabled and made a stupid mistake but some consideration would be nice. They are rude (on the phone and in-person) and not customer friendly. There are better companies to do business with. Now when I see those stupid eagles dancing in TV, I think about getting ripped off.

Excellent experience the crew came early Focused on the task at hand and by 3pm they did the job they had some technical issues but bobby stood till the very end and made sure before he left the system was operating at 100% thank you guys House is warm like you wouldn’t believe

We have an annual maintenance agreement with another company. Our heat stopped working and we called them out. The repair cost was high for an older unit so we got quote to replace. I called two other companies the same day to come out and quote to replace. Bobby was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I think it says a lot about a company when you have employee that have worked for you for 15+ years. He gave the quote and he explained the brand that would be installed (as I was no familiar with Goodman) was similar to the Amana unit we currently had in place. He didn't try to "up-sell" me to higher SEER unit because he explained this would require replacing/upgrading the zoning board and if there was nothing wrong with the current board, the 14 SEER unit was the best option. I met with Bobby at 4pm on a Thursday and All American had a team out the next day. Nate was who I dealt with on the day of install and he was great to work with. We will be dealing with All American for our future HVAC needs, including yearly maintenance/service agreement.

Great! There were very nice and professional and took care of the problem.

All American was wonderful. Jeff did a great job and managed to save me some money. The office called to let me know when he would be there so I wasn't trapped in the house all day. It was a wonderful experience.

Unit was repaired by qualified technician. ( We have a service contract with an outside 3rd party company and All American Heating and Air is who they sent when we called in for service ). Well pleased with who they sent. There was no charge to us since we are under a service contract.

It went really well. They showed up on time, were very professional and had my unit up and running within an hour. I'd definitely hire them again.

I found the person who answered the phone to be professional and friendly. They called 30 minutes before arrival and provided the technicians name. Once on site he was very professional as well and completed the work quickly and did not attempt to upsell me at any time. He went the extra mile to advise me on some other good practices to maintain my HVAC.

Very good, a couple of minor items that my OCD kicked in that I would do differnt, but so-far so-good, time will tell. Th eonly item I have an issue with at the moment is the lack of follow up paperwork in a timely manner... Just had the work done about two weeks ago..

It went well enough but Ththey would not separate the diagnostic fee from the actual work done fee, so my insurance probably will not reimburse me for the part they told me that was actually the diagnostic fee the waived if they did the work. So I may not use them again.... not sure. I feel they could have done this on paper as it us what they told me up front.

We had to have a new air conditioner, so it was $5,000 plus another $500 for the insulation. This is about the third time we’ve used them.

This company was here when agreed and did a great job. This was a very good experience and they have won my business for the future.

The work itself was good. The installation people were very good. The problem I had was in the sales approach and handling paperwork associated with the sales and warranty. Also in the process of doing the work, they damaged some drywall in my house. They said they would replace and they told me to find someone to fix it. So when I called them back, he said that the price was to high. I ended up playing negotiator between him and they drywall guy.

I've had a good experience with them. They are prompt and honest. Very responsive and courteous. They have quality product and do good work. They also have wonderful staff.

It took forever for the hot water heater to come in. I had ordered it from Lowes. They were supposed to have it expedited but the guy was New and did not exedite due to lack of knowledge

Great! Prompt, friendly, and informative repair tech, Jeff, made sure I understood what was wrong and what was needed. I do have a good working mechanical and electrical background and knew that Jeff was spot on with his assessment. He even did a quick preventative fix on a leaky valve at no additional charge, and saved me money down the road.

I think I pay $285 for a service contract. Instead of putting in a new filter each they came out, they took a large filter and cut it to make it fit. They took off their shoes and walk around in the socks. They were pretty responsive. They didn’t arrive on time and I had to call to make sure they were coming. Everybody I had come in like plumbers but botties on their shoes and I have had air condition service for a long time and I have never seen one not bringing the right size filter and have to cut one and make it fit. It bothers me a lot.

After appearing to check the air conditioning he first insisted my air conditioning's were too small for my home, although we never had an issue that couldnt be corrected in the five years we lived there. He then?concluded that all I needed to do was change my filters. The cost for this was $95.00.? Once he left I changed the filters and the issue continued.? We contacted them and they refused to come out again without us having to pay another service fee, and then we were told to monitor it and see if the issue resolved itself.? We contacted another company that came out and informed us the Freon was low and the system was frozen.? He thawed the coils and topped off the fluids correcting the issue. Bottom line, we essentially?paid $95.00 for absolutely no work from All American Heating and Air. Very disappointing.?
