Description of Work: I called All American and requested a seasonal tune-up for our HVAC unit. My wife & I both work during the day and they were able to schedule an appointment near the end of the business day which was convenient. They arrived prior to the scheduled time and were waiting when I arrived. Our unit was checked and cleaned and new filers installed. Columbia is currently topping out at over 100 degrees and I'm so glad we had this done a couple weeks ago. Our HVAC is running perfectly and we're cool as cucumbers. Great job.

Description of Work: I wanted a second opinion on my residential air conditioning unit. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgable. He found the problem right away and gave me some valuable information about replacing my older unit. No sales pressure at all. I would definitely use All American Heating & Air again.

Description of Work: They replaced the entire heating/cooling system. They showed exactly when they said they would. Took out the old system ductwork and all. Put in the new system, cleaned up compleatly (including taking away all the old system, not leaving it on the street!). Explained how it worked. Tested the system, and left. All in ONE DAY! 2hrs later their follow up inspector showed up to check the work. He found they forgot to relight the hot water heater. Relit it himself and told us if we have any problems or questions to please call. I will Definitely call them first from now on.
