Description of Work: After going down the list (Angie's) calling air conditioning repair companies, Quality Air was the only one able to provide service the same day. Being close to 100 degrees I needed immediate help. They were there before noon, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired before 1:30. The technician was very honest and professional. The price was not outrageous either.

Description of Work: I have used Quality Air three times over the past few months. Once at my own home and twice for rental homes. The service and professionalism are excellent. There was no upselling or shading of facts. Everything was up front and there were no surprises. I also received quick service during a very busy time. Pricing was fair.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner stopped working, an electrical problem was apparent. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem,and replaced the unit relay, capacitor and fan motor then cleaned the coils. While no one in the South wants to have their air conditioner go out in the summer, it was a relief to get professional service for a fair price.
