"I am posting this review to recommend Russell Holland of Holland Home Services. I found him in another recommendation earlier on Upstate CREIA and want to add my voice in support of his work. I am working on a rehab in Gaffney, and he recently relocated my panel box, added breakers to accommodate a new tankless water heater, a new HVAC system and additional lighting, added special outlets for the stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and replaced nearly all the wiring in the home. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. The price was reasonable, and even when the job exceeded the original scope of work, he went above and beyond for the safety of the home, but still stuck to the original bid price. I highly recommend him for his expertise and trustworthiness. Although he has done only electrical work for me so far, I understand he can do nearly anything needed for rehabbing real estate. I believe his service area is more Greenville and Spartanburg, but he still came to Gaffney too to help me. All around great guy! You can reach him at 864-753-6763.
