Jerry was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He came out the next day and checked out our roof. He informed us that the problem was a construction defect. We contacted our builder who fixed it. If we ever need roofing help again, Jerry will be at the top of our list.

I left a message with Anderson Roofing. Jerry called within a 1/2 hour of my call. He was able to come out to the house that day. He gave me an estimate that I considered reasonable, so I accepted it. He was out first thing the next morning and completed all repairs by that afternoon. Very happy with the workmanship and professionalism!

Service was professionally done. Mr. Anderson gave me a price before work was accomplished. He was very straight forward.Very nice and Friendly. Would use him again.

I contacted two other roofers who gave me an estimate, however when I tried to contact them, they could not be reached. I think they thought the job was too small and were looking for bigger ones. Contacted Anderson roofing and he showed up as he said on the day and time to give me an estimate. I accepted the bid and he said he would start monday. No money until the job was finished. They arrived early monday morning and were finished that evening. Every thing was cleaned up and I am very satisfied with the work. I was so pleased with the work and the price that I have contracted Anderson roofing to do a full window replacement on my house.

My roof had a big leak, all the way through the bedroom wall, during the heavy rains the weekend before. I called a few other companies, but Jerry Anderson came the same day, Monday, explained to me what the problems were (the main culprit was the flashing on the chimney, and the roof around it, but there were other roof problems as well) and gave me an estimate. He was very detailed and his explanations were very friendly. He came punctually as agreed with a specialist, James, on Tuesday, who worked on all problems, made sure to check that everything is fixed (even climbed from the inside of the attic with me in order to understand better what I was describing). He completed the job very timely. We did have rain since then (which is why I wanted everything fixed quickly), and there are no leaks, I did check by climbing inside the attic. Jerry is very friendly, professional, would explain everything so that I understood, and he appears to know his job very well, as does his specialist James. I really appreciated their friendliness and good work. I am looking forward to no leaks in my roof for 5 years!

I found them on Angie's List. They were courteous. They were on time. They came in at the right value. They weren't overcharging me because of where I lived. I didn't have any issues.

I was extremely pleased that Jerry answered the phone right off the bat....and he was on a job site! Hmm.... maybe that was one reason why on Angie's list he had received great reviews. Anyway, he listened to my needs and told me he would be there in a few hours...the same day! He came to the house, very friendly and professional. He gave my husband a quote in about 30 minutes and said he could complete the work the next morning. Bright and early, Jerry and his crew showed up. They did great work, cleaned up very well and we could not have been more pleased. Sure hope that in my next move I see more "Jerry's " to help us with our needs. Outstanding.

They came out when they said they would to do the work. They gave me a five year warranty so if any other leaks come up, I will call them back. The service was good and it appears so far that they did a good job. They did flashing, and a few other things. I would consider using them again if I have any other roofing problems.

I called them to see if they could help seal some leaks in my glass conservatory but they do not do that kind of work.

This was a brand new roof in Wild Dunes. I am also having a roof put on another house in Mt Pleasant but have to wait 2 months because the upgraded shigles I ordered will not be in stock until that time. I really can't say enouogh good things about this company. They showed up for the intial appointments on time, set an installation date (I had to cancel because of a tropical storm (Irene) but Jerry just moved to the next available day. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in one day (small cottage) They cleaned up - in fact, they picked up more than just roofing nails and products - they picked up yard debris (without me asking them to) left from the wind we had over the weekend. I give an overall A+

Originally had an appointment with Gerry at 4 PM for him to give us an estimate. He came out at 10 AM, apologizing profusely, telling us that as soon as he finished, he was heading to the hospital to have a kidney stone removed. He was in pain while he was measuring the roof, but finished, worked up the estimate and went over it with us. After the business was completed and we were having a nice chat, we had to run him off to get to the hospital as he was acting like he had nothing else on his schedule. After obtaining two other estimates, we contacted Gerry to set a date to get started. His workers arrived early Monday morning (like before we were out of bed) and were on the roof stripping the old shingles. For the next day and a half they were here early, worked steadily throughout the day, stopping only for a short lunch break. The job was professionally done including some repairs to areas that were incorrectly done a number of years ago (post Hugo). Upon completion, clean-up was thorough. The other two estimates were several thousand dollars over Anderson, quote, incidently. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't even have bothered with getting estimates, but would have just called Anderson Roofing to see when they could do the work.

Anderson is excellent and very professional. They were really nice guys and left the worksite clean.

Owner Jerry Anderson came out and gave us an estimate. He was able to schedule the job when we needed to have it done. He and his crew arrived on time. They worked all day and completed the job and the clean-up very efficiently. We were very pleased with Jerry Anderson and his workers. They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof, skylights replaced and/or chimney cap repair!

Jerry was on-time for the estimate-appointment and presented the options and details in a professional manner. The crew began work early on the scheduled day and worked until dark, since rain was forecast for the next day. The job was completed the next morning and Jerry was there to ensure there were no problems. All debris and nails were removed from the yard and driveway. There was no damage to landscaping.

They Did an Amazing job. Jerry Anderson (Owner), fast and proffesional. very great quality work. They will do my sister's roof too. I highly recommend them for any house improvement. They also have great warranties.

answered promptly. ordered skylight but not right size. reordered skylight and installed in 1 day. all work done in 3 days.

They get A?s for everything. They went above and beyond. They rescreened our whole first floor and they asked first, but just threw that in. They said that they thought our screens needed to be redone and they did it. Everything that they did was just fabulous. We could not believe the price we paid. They were so professional and the owner was out here three times a day supervising. All the men that worked here was extremely polite and courteous and they did a fabulous job. We would highly recommend them for both roofing and exterior painting. They went out and matched the paint for our shutters. We spent $200 for the roof and that included the material. They charged us $2600 for all the exterior painting, wooden trim work and also threw a skylight in just to be nice. They were so great. The owner was very hands on and he has a good crew. They had all the materials put up on the roof by the lift truck and the next day they came out and put the whole roof on in one day.

I called Low Country Roofing based on what I read on Angie's List. That guy rather rudely handed me over to "Jerry" who "does my repairs". I thought I was still dealing with Low Country. I called Jerry (turned out to be Jerry Anderson & a whole different company). He said he'd be out to look at my roof around noon the next day. Two other men came at 3pm. They got up on the roof, explained the problem to me, took pictures with my camera, swept the debris out of the valley, trimmed some shingles & caulked the vent stacks. Cleaned up after themselves, were very nice. Said Jerry had to come out & review the situation; make sure he agreed with their diagnosis. Jerry was supposed to come the next day around 11; no show; no call. He did promptly return my call later that night & said he was really busy because of the storm & would come 2 days later & did . He agreed with what needed to be done; gave me an estimate. I accepted his bid; they were to come in the morning the next Mon ; showed up at 4. Did the work. Didn't clean up as well as the first 2 guys had. I had had a home inspection scheduled that week & found out then that Anderson Roofing had put a nail right through the pan flashing. Had caulked it but it shouldn't have happened & the few missing shingles on other parts of the roof they had told me they would replace were not replaced. Have pictures of that by the home inspector. So, all in all, it was a mixed experience.
