From the initial contact, Will was extremely responsive to all my questions. He gave me a quote based on pictures that I texted him and was able to get a pretty close estimate based on that. He ensured that I understood the process before setting up the appointment. and emailed the quote and necessary documents and site prep requirements beforehand. On the day of the appointment, he politely called to ask if he could come early! (Didn't just show up at the door). The work site was prepped and Will was very thorough (even going under the crawl space) to ensure that his work would achieve the desired end result. The actual work is tedious but Will and his helper were meticulous and did not cut any corners. They were also safety conscious, ensuring that my curious kids did not get too close, in case the equipment malfunctioned. The job site was cleaned up thoroughly and after the visit, he emailed again to ensure my satisfaction and included before and after pictures of the work done. We are extremely pleased with the results and the level of professionalism from start to finish. This is how a business should be run.

This contractor was knowledgeable, dependable, ethical and timely. He coordinated with us and cleaned up afterwards very well. The project was successful. We found the cost to be reasonable for the scope of the work.

Will and Ron drilled a series of 3/8 inch holes through our garage floor. First he inserted dial indicators into some of the holes to detect motion and then injected polyurethane into other holes. One by one, it was a slow process. We did not ask him to lift or level our floor, only to fill the voids and stabilize the soil under the slab. He did an excellent job by injected only enough material to "just" indicate motion without actually lifting. When finished they filled the holes with patching concrete so that they can not be easily seen, almost invisible. No more hollow sounds or vibration in the slab.

Will was on time and did the repairs as was agreed upon. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased.

Will McKuen and Ron worked very hard to give us the best results in a difficult situation. They explained what they were going to do and what was happening as the job progressed. It took most of the day and despite some limits imposed by the underlying rebar structure, upon completion, our entryway looked much improved. It not only looks better, it is also safer. We would recommend this company when you have concrete that does not need replacing, just raising and leveling. They are very professional, respectful of one's property, and friendly.
