Mr. Ferrell does exactly what we requested him to do and does a great job. He and Mike are prompt and will return each week if needed.

Contacted provider and asked when he could come over an take a look at our back yard where we had construction done and now there nothing but mud. We hadn't been able to get grass to grow last summer and we just wanted an estimate on what could be done and we were in no hurry. Figure if it's better to wait till fall, we will wait. An appointment was set up and last minute he called and stated that he was too busy and couldn't help us out. Don't bother to contact. Sorry he has an A rating but since we told him we were in no hurry he still wasn't accomodating.

Very well. They showed up when they said they would, did the job and did it will. I wished I had used them for a landscaping project in the late fall but was talked in to using a landscaping company. Big mistake. In the future I will use Packridge for all of the yard & lawn projects I have. They are top notch!

Lance was very responsive and pleasant to work with. All work was done as described and when concerns were raised about a few things all issues were addressed.

Lance and Mike are wonderful guys. They always make time to say a quick hello if I am outtside but also get the job done. We have used them for years and cannot imagine our life without them.

Happy with the service. Will continue throughout the leaf season.

I contacted Packridge on Thursday and he came out the following Monday. He was very helpful and courteous. I appreciated receiving a call about an hour before he was due to be at the house. He and his helper did a great job, and I am completely satisfied with their work. I had a another lawn service last year and couldn't even tell they had been on the lawn to aerate. This was very well done. Highly recommend!

Seemed nice enough on phone but obviously needs some tune up on his professionalism in running company.

Came when he said he would, gave me accurate and low estimate (another contractor estimated 500 sq feet more, and we would have had an entire extra pallet of sod). Lance understood my situation and what I was trying to accomplish, empathized and exceeded my expectations at every turn. There was a lot more tree trimming than either of us estimated, but he didn't change the price. He prepped the front yard thoroughly, sprayed roundup,came back and fertilized before laying the bermuda sod. When all said and done, he actually brought the job in at $150 less than original estimate. I will only use Packridge going forward, and I strongly recommend them to everyone.

We had discovered Packridge Lawn Care on Angie's List and contacted Lance Ferrell the owner about taking care of our front yard problems. He did a great job on the front yard and we discussed him doing the back yard at a later date as well as agreeing on a price. We called Lance on 4/21 when he said he could do our back yard on Thurs or Friday and said he would call later to confirm when he would be here. Lance came on 04/24 per his call and did a marvelous job with our sadly neglected back yard. As before we are most satisfied with Lance and his excellent work and will use him again as well as recommend him to others.

On 03/12/14 Lance called us early to advise that the rainy weather accompanied by strong winds would not permit a good job to be done and rescheduled us for 03/14/14 at 8AM. Lance showed up on time on the 14th. He and his "sidekick" got right to work and several hours later they were done. We were very pleased with the job. Lance and his sidekick not only did all we requested but did some things that needed doing but we had not noticed to tell him. They also disposed of the leaves in the area we showed him and they did a very neat job of putting the leaves down there. We were very pleased with the whole job and will definitely be using Lance's Packridge Lawn care again. We feel extremely comfortable in recommending them to anyone who needs lawn and yard work done and done well.

They are very nice and have done a good job so far. I would highly reccomend him. He is a very decent man and easy to talk to.

Lance and his partner were great. He did what he said he was going to do and was prompt on doing it. He knows landscaping and does a great job. My yard looks great and the bushes couldn't be better. I will recommend Lance and his company to neighbors and friends. The price is reasonable.

I contacted three landscaping companies on Angie's List to provide estimates for biweekly lawn services. Packridge was the first to respond and Mr. Farrell was at my home within 24 hours of contact. The other companies responded in a week or more. Packridge got the work b/c of his responsiveness. We are very pleased with the service provided and will continue to use their services. All three estimates were in the same ballpark, however, since the others took so long to provide estimates, Packridge was our choice. There s a lot to be said for how someone responds to a request for service.... Our country is more service oriented than manufacturing, and more thought is given to he people you deal with.

He's great, he's reasonable. If something else has to be done then he does it. He shows up, he's polite and he's reliable. He's creative and good with landscaping as well as grass cutting. If you need him he will come right out. He gets creative on fixing things like my fence that my dog damaged. This is my second year with him. He's very, very fair. He's full scale at landscaping.
