Fantastic! Four star performance in every category! My dryer vent is rather long and it was 3/4 blocked with lint. All work was completed professionally, and we were very pleased. We have had many people work in our house on various types of jobs; Matthew was the most professional and thorough of anyone we have used. He told my husband that his motto was to "underpromise and overdeliver." He certainly accomplished that! He told me that he would leave our laundry room cleaner than he had found it---and he was correct! It was taking me about 2 hours to dry a load of laundry and now it takes me about 25 or 30 minutes; the change is amazing! We would definitely recommend Matthew and Dryer Vent Wizard. It was very easy to make an appointment. They had availability the same week I called. Matthew called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He gave a detailed estimate of what needed to be done. The work was quickly scheduled and completed that week. Matthew was very courteous and answered all questions. He left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived. I truly appreciate not having to clean up after folks that work on our house. The price was more than I expected but I feel confident that the extent of work was what needed to be done and that the work was done well. I would definitely use again in the future!

The outside vent was very high. Was also out of area but only charged us for in area. I'd use him again in a heart beat if we were within his area. I didn't feel right about not getting charged for out of area (my husband took care of invoice and I wasn't aware that we were out of area). I tried to correct but he waved it off. Very professional and courteous.

I contacted Matthew by messages and then made an appointment for him to inspect and replace dryer vent cover. He was so nice and explained things when asked he was prompt and so courteous. He came as he promised and I would not hesitate to recommend or use him again in the future. The approximate cost was 45-98 for exam and repair work, Very reasonable prices for such good work. Do not hesitate to call him for your repairs of this nature.

Matt arrived on time. He had the ladder on the roof before I could even open the door. He checked the vent and said the builder did not remove the screen and it had clogged up. He came into the laundry room and I showed the moisture problem on the wall. He tested the dryer to make sure it was worked. He pulled the dryer away from the wall and noticed some water on the floor and took a picture so that I could send it to home builder for a warranty claim. He also noticed that when the dryer was installed, the vent material was not acceptable for the type of dryer I had and in fact it could start on fire. He told me when I should have that repaired and when I should have the vent cleaned. The service was great; knowledgeable, timely, quick and reasonable prices. Contractors don't get much better than this!

I called Matthew Burrow this morning and told him I kept getting "check dryer vent" messages and that I was having a hard time getting my towels and clothes to dry. I told him my house was only a year old and he speculated the roofer never removed the screen from the dryer vent on the roof. Matthew came this afternoon and his prognosis was correct. He also found another problem with my dryer and gave me a contact to have it repaired. I was extremely impressed with him and would highly recommend his services.

Matthew was very professional. I initially wanted the unit and ductwork cleaned, but he identified some problems with the existing ductwork. I trusted his recommendations to replace the ductwork. Now we have a safer and much more efficient unit. I can't remember the last time my clothes were dry in 1 cycle. I'm glad we didn't replace the dryer because that was not the problem! Would definitely use again.

I could not have asked for better service! The appointment was made immediately when I explained that my husband was having surgery the next week and that the lint issue needed to be resolved before then. The provider was friendly...even wanting to meet our dog...and he was thorough and efficient. I only wish all providers gave this kind of service. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Matthew was very professional and showed up precisely on time. He first ran a test on the dryer to confirm that his services were required. He then removed the bird's nest and took the time to explain what he found and how the blockage likely occurred. He even took the time to humor my curious toddlers, but was still at the house for less than 30 minutes. We were all very pleased with the experience.

Matthew arrived on time, put fabric booties on over his shoes so he didn't damage hardwood floors. Also he was cheerful and brushed off my embarrassment at the yucky lint, dirt and gunk that was behind our dryer when he pulled it out from against the laundry room wall. He showed me what needed to be done, how much it would cost (which was smallest price I've ever paid for a home improvement) and then did the work. It was all done in about an hour and now I can sleep sound knowing that my old flammable hose is replaced with one that can't catch fire. Also he fixed a problem I didn't know I had: too large of a hole for the dryer hose to the outdoors, we could have had mice and squirrels running through our laundry room. The only thing I wished I'd done differently is call Matthew to do this sooner; I knew about the hose problem but was afraid it would cost a lot. The price was equal to a dinner for four at a fancy restaurant --- but the dryer vent repair was a lot less calories!

I purchased the deal for $74. Matthew arrived on time and inspected the vent. The job turned out to be a little more involved than originally thought. He explained the situation and let me know there would be an additional charge, which was reasonable. He completed the work in a professional manner, including clean up. He also provided a quote for future work.

The technician was very punctual and helpful with explaining not only the service provided, but also preventative measures. We had co-workers who actually had a dryer vent fire, so we figured it'd be best to get the service done. While most of the work done is preventative, we can sleep better at night knowing everything has been inspected.

He did everything he said he'd do plus. He drove further than the service area (his area was Spartanberg) and he also had to use a ladder to get to our dryer vent. I would recomment him in a heart heat or a New York minute.
