The tech, Marvin, has very courteous. He explained everything and gave me the option to pick and choose what services I wanted. He cleaned up after himself. Very friendly.

Matthew was absolutely fantastic! Always on time, great with communication, explained clearly what needed to be done, very nice, and cleaned up after everything was finished!! Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with Dryer Vent Wizard of Upstate South Carolina and especially with Matthew Burrow. He explained the dryer vent inspection results well, and he had a very thorough eye in noticing areas that needed attention. He also pointed out areas where our system was functioning well. He was very reasonable in his recommendations and did not resort to fear-mongering to get us to purchase services. We were also impressed by the way he cleaned and vented our dryer system, and he did a fantastic job keeping everything clean inside and outside while working.

Two very nice young men; good communication; efficient and punctual; the dryer now works 100% better! I would gladly re-hire or recommend this company.

After inspection they recommended a good cleaning of the exhaust system for a much more reasonable price than I feared and were able to do the job right then. They left everything clean and my dryer works much better.

Matthew Burrow was the technician that did the work for us and he was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly . The dryer vent on our roof was completely blocked and could have caused a fire but fortunately our dryer was new and automatically shut off telling us that we had a blockage in the vent. . We were very pleased with the job that he completed for us. He called us 30 minutes before arrival just as we had requested . We would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

The dryer was taking multiple cycles to dry. I anticipated having to purchase a new dryer, fortunately that was not the case. Matthew cleaned the vent (which is quite long), replaced the vent cap and cleaned out the dryer itself. My dryer is like new again!

These guys - especially Matthew - were top-notch. They were honest with me and worked hard. I thought when they told me what they needed to do that I was going to have to schedule an appointment for another day, but they came ready to work and had what they needed. They were clean, polite and made me feel at ease with the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about these guys and I would recommend them to anyone!

IT TOOK TWO VISITS TO GET THE COMMUNICATIONS GOING EFFECTIVELY. I THOUGHT THERE WAS TOO MUCH SALESMANSHIP AND MARKETING INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS. A FRANCHISE OPERATION WITH LIMITED FLEXIBILITY. OTHERWISE THE WORK THAT WAS DONE SEEMS TO BE WHAT I WANTED AND I'M PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. COST WAS MORE THAN ANTICIPATED BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO START LOOKING FOR OTHER OPTIONS.

Called to have the dryer vent cleaned on my rental property. They responded quickly and came out quickly. Unfortunately, instead of the $99 special, I was told the entire vent line needed to be replaced at $800, or cleaned for nearly $300. They put the scare tactics to work on my renter's as well. I called another company and there was no mention of it needing to be replaced, and it was cleaned for less than $200. I still had to pay dryer vent wizard $39 for showing up. Nice guys, but i personally wouldn't use them.
