The process was efficient and thorough. Which is what lead me to purchase a yearly inspection. Fabulous job!

Matt came the day after I made the initial call.  He called ahead to let me know he was on his way (which I appreciated so I made sure I was home) and arrived at the designated time.  Although I originally scheduled for a dryer vent cleaning Matt found a few other issues that I agreed should be addressed including shortening the vent pipe outside; installing a vent cover to prevent pests and debris from getting into the vent; cleaning the back of the dryer; as well as replacing the vent hose in the dryer.  Matt was very pleasant and professional.  He worked quickly but took time to explain everything he was doing which is important to me.  I would use Dryer Vent Wizard again.  In fact I purchased a warranty that provides annual cleaning.  I will recommend Matt and Dryer Vent Wizard to neighbors.

Did an outstanding job. Had to replace vent due to tears. They we able to do it that same day. We used an Angie's coupon and they applied it to the cost, no problem.

I originally thought my dryer was going bust but it turned out that the chicken wire on my outside vent was clogged. He came over and got on the roof and took off the wire. He then cleaned my lint out of the dryer.

Matthew evaluated our dryer vent situation and designed a game plan to clean now, revamp when we renovate the area in less than a year.  He was extremely professional and personable!  Did everything same day!!!

My husband wanted to have the dryer vent cleaned because last year one of the condo units' dryer caught on fire due to excessive lint.  I called Dryer vent Wizard due to the reviews on Angie's list.  Matthew Burrow was the representative that serviced our dryer/vent.  He did a great job!  He was on time, in fact early.  He went straight to work.  We had discussed what was going to be done earlier during the evaluation.
  He pulled out 5 gallons of dryer vent lint from the roof. He also serviced the  dryer and hose on the inside of my condo.
 He had to remove the bi-fold door to access the dryer but everything was cleaned up afterward and put back in place. (He also wore shoe coverings whenever he came into the house.)
He cleaned the lint tray and then he replaced the flexible transition hose behind the dryer which lead from the dryer to the wall with a rigid hose with a larger nonflexible opening( The rigid hose does NOT collapse negating the chance of making a small opening even smaller.  Also, the rigid hose does not allow lint to collect on the inside of the hose).
I was very pleased and would not go to anyone else to have my dryer serviced..I didn't know this at the time I made the appointment but they also can replace old washing machine hoses.
  To test the difference  when drying items before this service and afterwards, I washed a very heavy large bath rug with 2 smaller rugs prior to Matthew's arrival.  These rugs usually take 1 hour to dry; half the time on high heat and half the time on medium heat.  All 3 rugs were dry in 35 minutes on Medium Heat!!  So this has cut my dry time almost in half!

Excellent!  He was timely, professional, and kind.  He explained exactly why my towels were taking 2-3 times a load to dry.  Our towels were taking 1-1.5 hour to dry and now only take 30 minutes.   The service he provided was very needed and will save us money on our electric bill and we don't have to worry about a fire in our dryer or home.  We didn't feel like he was pushy but also he did a good job explaining what we needed.  He was the best service professional we have every hired and will definitely recommend him to all our friends and neighbors.

After I purchased the big deal, the company rep. [ Matthew] tried to contact me.. both by phone & e-mail quite quickly... . Unknown to him; I had become ill & was unavailable for a period of time, he persisted though & we were able to set up a time for service.  Matthew was punctual & is a very professional young man with an engaging personality.  He answers all questions regardless of how trivial they may be, shows you all the positives of your system & any potential problems ...  explains how they can be resolved & why they should be resolved,  but does not make you feel pressured to do anything.  His ability to share information; without being an agressive/obnoxious salesman, is refreshing to say the least .. . As far as I can see, all work was done well,  in a timely manner, and all with a friendly helpful attitude...he even took a few minutes to give a scratch to my adoring rescue dogs... not just anyone  would do this. I'd hire him again in a blink of an eye.

it could not have gone better.  He went over everything he did and what additional things that he could do and showed me how I could do things myself to keep it cleaner until we should have it done again in 2 or 3 years (since there are only 2 people in our household.  He was so nice, never pressing to do sell me more (which I always prefer), and very informative.  I asked him for cards (he had coupons) to give to my neighbors.  I will recommend him to all of them.

After having made a no show appointment three days ago with another company, it was refreshing when Matt called me back promptly after I contacted his business.  He was able to come immediately which thrilled me.  He expressed his concern for me because of the possibility of a fire when the lint backs up drastically.  I know this is true because I've been told by a fireman that it is a leading cause of house fires.  
He came quickly, established that lint was the problem, and then proceeded to do the work.
He was very polite, loved my puppies, and overall made me comfortable with his caring personality and knowledge.  I'll definitely call him again and highly recommend him.

Great!  I don't need to worry about my dryer's vent being clogged any longer.  He was very professional and I now have the peace of mind knowing it was done correctly (as far as I can tell).

I am a local Realtor and referred Dryer Vent Wizard to one of my clients listing her home.  I was so impressed with the service I had them come check my own dryer vent.  My wife says the clothes dry in one third the time and they did an outstanding job from start to finish.  I would highly recommend everyone have them come take a look at the condition of their dryer vent.
