Description of Work: We had two other companies in to clean out the dryer vent, but the exhaust never seemed to work correctly. Since Dryer Vent Wizard sent someone out about three weeks ago, we have used the dryer quite a few times and the exhaust is working perfectly. Very satisfied.

He went over everything he did and what additional things that he could do and showed me how I could do things myself to keep it cleaner until we should have it done again in 2 or 3 years (since there are only 2 people in our household. He was so nice, never pressing to do sell me more (which I always prefer), and very informative. I asked him for cards (he had coupons) to give to my neighbors. I will recommend him to all of them.
Description of Work: cleaned dryer vent on the 2nd floor and put in a new outside vent to close when dryer was not running.

 + -1 moreAfter having made a no show appointment three days ago with another company, it was refreshing when Matt called me back promptly after I contacted his business. He was able to come immediately which thrilled me. He expressed his concern for me because of the possibility of a fire when the lint backs up drastically. I know this is true because I've been told by a fireman that it is a leading cause of house fires. He came quickly, established that lint was the problem, and then proceeded to do the work. He was very polite, loved my puppies, and overall made me comfortable with his caring personality and knowledge. I'll definitely call him again and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Matt cleaned out the filtering part of the dryer that's on the dryer itself. He inspected the bendable part of the dryer directly behind. Then he cleaned out the vent under the house and replaced the vent cover that is on the outside of the house with a much more efficient version. He also re-taped all the joints.

 + -1 moreGreat! I don't need to worry about my dryer's vent being clogged any longer. He was very professional and I now have the peace of mind knowing it was done correctly (as far as I can tell).
Description of Work: He went under my house, checked my dryer's connections, etc., used the long brush to clean out my vent outside. I also had a new connection installed on the wall which attached to the back of the dryer (I have very little space between the wall the dryer). That particular part was the major cost of the project. Also had a new dryer flap attached to the outside of my house which is more efficient. He did a great job of cleaning up behind both my washer and dryer.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anybody. I will also tell you that our dryer gets the clothes dried in a shorter period of time thus saving us money with our energy bill.
