The locksmith did an excellent job replacing all locks on the house we recently purchased. The locksmith arrived when he said he would, quickly replaced the locks, provided spare keys, and answered our questions.

Did a good job and quickly.

It went well, until one (out of the 4 changed) of the doorknobs completely fell off about 2 hours after the guy left. Our movers actually repaired it for us and all is well now. Despite this, I think this doorknob issue was a fluke and probably not representative of this company.

We wanted to not have so many keys, so he keyed the locks to keep the number of keys needed to a minimum. We also have a locked fence with two entrances. We'd purchased two pad locks and he keyed them alike for us as well. It was fast and courteous service.

They were fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced! In 10 minutes I had my locks in-hand, along with 6 keys, all for around $26! I'm very pleased with service I received!

I bought a new key at Lowe's and it messed up my lock. They are very knowledgeable. I have used them throughout the years, because they are very cordial and friendly. I brought the car to a mechanic and they wanted to charge me $145.00 to replace it, so Carolina Locksmith's prices are very good. I will continue to use them in the future.

The company was very responsive, and had the very good prices. I live in Memphis and had my mother's home in Easley area re-keyed. They were very fast at getting receipt and keys mailed to me in Mmephis as well.

We had used this firm before with good results. So we called them again and described what we wanted to do. They gave us an estimate over the phone and suggested we buy the material ourselves. They gave us some tips on what to buy. We bought the material from a big box home improvement store. It was a reputable brand. My wife arranged for installation. They were on time. There were issues with fit on the doors and that was handled by the installer. Unfortunately, one of the door knobs was defective. So the installer had to leave while we replaced the defective hardware. The installer came back (once we had completed the replacement and called them) and quickly installed the hardware on the remaining doors. Despite these issues, the charges were within the original estimate.

The gentleman who did the work was on time, professional, and cleaned up after himself. He took the work in stride when we realized we had overlooked two additional doors that need new locks. He provided us with four keys for the new locks, and left the old lock sets near each door so we could identify which set went with which old key in case we wanted to sell the lock sets.

Tony was prompt and arrived 30 minutes after I called for the service. Work was performed quickly and professionally and I was very pleased.

The company did what they had to and were done. I love that a company and this is one of them! I was able to come home and not have to worry about anything. The job that I hired them to do was done and done very well. They were kind and courteous and very detail oriented.
