Not well at all. Immediately after asking if somebody could change my locks today (keep in mind, they close at 6:30, and it was only 3:30) the guy on the phone said very rudely, "No way. No way. Not today." No apologies, no asking for a possible reschedule; it was clear the only thing this man was interested in doing was leaving. I don't know why this company has an A rating. Maybe just a bad employee, but I won't be calling them back...unless they are the only locksmith left. Somehow, I don't see that happening.

As a new homeowner, almost everything is far more expensive and much more hassle than I expect. Except changing our locks with Carolina Locksmith. I believe it was done within 24 hours of contacting them, at a lower price than I expected. Would definitely recommend.

The phone call for information went very well. Brian was courteous and answered the questions that I had concerning exterior locks.

The door knob was broken, and it took him a few minutes to remove it. But after it was removed, it didn't take him long to install the new knob. He even fixed my front door knob so the key would work better. He didn't charge me anything to do this.

Called to schedule and 15 minutes later he was at my home. In about an hour, all work was completed. Technician was professional, informative and efficient. Tested all keys and they work perfectly. Great value for the work done. The $180 includes a $60 service charge and $10 per core. Highly recommended. Will use again for any future locksmith needs.

It went very well. It was very fast. They were very efficient. I was very pleased. He was prompt and he was able to get to me very quickly. He did a very thorough and efficient job.

A very positive experience with Carolina Locksmiths. Showed up exactly when we expected. Listened to what we wanted accomplished. Evaluated the situation. Removed some parts to be replaced. Left to go to home improvement store to purchase new door knobs and locks. Returned and replaced all the old junk with new shinny knobs and locks. Everything works great and we feel more secure.

They were able to come out on the same day I called. Very professional. Called before coming out, arrived on-time. Service was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone needed lock/key services.

The service fee was higher than the other comapnies that I looked into, but I feel overall they did a great job and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'll be recommending them to my family and friends. Thanks!

Love Angie's list. I saw this store's rating on Angie's list and so with that high of recommendation thought I would give them a try. This guy was very professional and even took the time to explain to me the lack of quality in Schlage locks now and the premiere quality he uses in the locks he has today. i was so impressed with his knowledge and it was performed in under an hour. amazing service, amazing price and great work.

Tony set an appointment with me to rekey all of the door locks in my home. He was running ahead of schedule but called first to ask if I would want him to come earlier. (Very thoughtful and professional.) He removed all of the locks (quite a few), rekeyed and reinstalled them, then checked each to make sure everything worked properly. Great job, great service, great company!

Was apprehensive at first that no one answered the call and I had to leave a message, but the call was promptly returned. Tony gave me some information and a quote based on the information I gave him, so I had a good idea of what to expect to pay. He explained what it takes to replace a cylinder, and asked what type of locks I had to give him a better understanding of the job. He contacted my house-sitter, made a house call the very next morning and was in and out, so I was told, quickly. Tony called me when the job was completed and took payment by phone. Very happy with the whole transaction!

Based on the and quot;Aand quot; rating observed on Angie's List, the company was contacted to do some locksmith work. The response was that they are in Taylors, and they would not travel to this location (in south Greenville/almost Mauldin). I would suggest that they eliminate the area of Greenville from their advertised service area and limit their service area to Taylors. That is what the contact informed the prospect on the telephone.

Folks, don't waste your time with other companies. I received same-day service (even though I didn't specifically request it), technician showed up right away, got straight to work, had all the tools to complete the job. Was courteous, soft-spoken, knowledgeable. He traveled some distance to my house, finished the job quickly, and charged a very reasonable amount. I will definitely recommend this two-owner, two-worker (same two) company to others!
