Description of Work: I used them to re-key all of my locks in the new home I purchased. They were very open and honest about possible charges based on what I told them over the phone when scheduling the appointment. They even helped troubleshoot over the phone prior to the visit. Great people. Definitely recommend!!!!!

Description of Work: they took a vending machine lock that did not have a key and kept it three days and through the magic of locksmithing made a key. they only charged me 20.00 for it. I picked it up and they were very friendly. I will be back.

Description of Work: I called yesterday 11-1-2012, spoke with Tony (the owner), related my situation, re-keying the locks and installing double dead-bolt cylinders. I told him that I had a doctors appointment at 1:00PM 11-2-2012. He scheduled me for 0900. He arrived on time. An hour and half later the job was completed...all locks were re-keyed and 2 dead bolts (2 inch case hardened) installed. He did a great job and I would recommend him.
