The technician was on time and professional. He found the issue and had my ac running in no time. The only issue I have is with the price mark-up. I needed my capacitor replaced. It only costs $12-$15 to purchase and 5 minutes to install, but I was charged $90. I understand that a company has every right to make a profit, but that is a high mark-up in my opinion.
