We had several reputable heating and air conditioning companies come to our home because of issues we had over the past five years. No one solved our problems until we hired this company. Very knowledgeable and professional. First time in five years we have warm heat flowing through our home. Thank God we found this company. Highly recommend. TJ and Trent were awesome.

Guys came and they were ok- they erent happy with my vent covers and tried to upsale me on additional services- i found out from another contractor thaf i only needed ducts cleaned- there was no mold

NOTE INCORRECT HEADING: I hired Aire Serv of Sumter to intall a Ductless Heat and Air system for my home. (I don't know how to change the heading) Here is my review: I was very impressed by their customer service, both before and after I signed a contract. Their specialist took the time to learn exactly what I wanted to do, and gave me choices. The day after I signed my contract for installation, that was scheduled for the next week, my window air unit started acting up, so when I called Josh, my Home Comfort Designer, he drove well over an hour round trip on a Friday evening to get one of their loaner window units, took out my unit, put in their unit, and got me back to comfort before my ductless system could be installed. David, the installer, managed to do all the work himself, and even cleared the brush away that he had not been warned about. He also helped me move a few things around. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Sumter. I am very happy with my ductless system. I am very comfortable and it is so quiet, I can again hear the cats and the storms outside.

Repairman Neil was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. The job was done over three days. Repairman Neil took pictures of the problem, explained what needed to be done and made the repairs in a timely fashion.

This co will make you feel as if you have an issue that needs to be repaired immediately and grossly overcharge for the minor work that they do. My suggestion would be to pay the $89 service charge and then get a second opinion.

Very professional with excellent customer service. You'd know your system when they're done, everything is explained. Not just at the end either, every step of the process. No messes left for you to clean up. Outstanding!

they pulled of off job once that was ok not to bad started to pull of second time but I had a talk with owner did not pull of after work was completed had a problem there tec came out and fix very promptly problem was on older ac unit that they had replaced duck work on don't know what caused problem but they fix it pronto ok people
