Description of Work: Scott the Pool Guy has been absolutely outstanding for over one year! First, he has been providing maintenance service on a regular basis for an inground pool and since he started, our pool water has been perfect every day. Second, he is incredibly helpful in responding to telephone calls with questions or special requests. Lastly, when our pool heater stopped working, he encouraged us to contact the manufacturer because he believed the heater was likely still under warranty -- it was, and we were able to get the heater fixed for no charge from the manufacturer. In this situation, Scott absolutely could have chosen to fix the heater himself and charge us for the repair, but I believe he is truly a man of honesty and integrity and as a result, provided us with a no cost solution rather than making more money for his company. I am so thankful for Scott the Pool Guy.

Description of Work: My pool had not been serviced all winter and the pool filter and pump had died. Scott came to inspect the problem and gave me an estimate of the cost to repair. He gave me an approximate installation date and kept me informed of the date to install. There were several rain delays but he always called to keep me informed. The repair was made in a timely manner. Scott also noticed a few other small items that should be taken care of in order for things to function properly. I would definitely recommend Scott the Pool Guy. I plan to use him for the pool maintenance as well.

Description of Work: I called Scott in regards to pool service. he called back after business hours on his own time, on his own phone. He could not have been more polite and more willing to help. He is just great!
