A big THANK YOU to Scott and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure my pool was properly operating, made sure the job was neat, visually and functionally sound. We have a large family that uses our pool all season. Being without it is not an option for 4 boys and a busy grandaughter!!

Scott Roundy is the only person I trust to help us with our pool! He is very professional, experienced, personable, kind, honest, and fair. Whenever I have a question about our pool, or need something repaired, Scott and his crew are very responsive and knowledgable. They know what they are doing, and I highly recommend! Very professional and thorough. He arrives when he says he will and performs the work quickly and efficiently. Very Trustworthy I never have to worry about having to troubleshoot as the maintenance is ongoing and well done.

Waited three days for a call to give him a chance before posting negative remark. Did not return call.

I sent two emails to provider to request service on my in-ground pool and I received absolutely no response. I would not consider them again

Punctual and seemed very knowledgeable about pool filter. Quote was right on and he left the back yard neat and clean.

He tried everything to clear the pool water, but he wasn't able to so we wound up taking the pool down. However, he was very nice and tried very hard. He came here daily for almost two weeks. It was swimmable, but not completely cleared as it would rain almost every other day. He recommended draining the pool completely but the family decided to just take it down. He was terrific and I would use him again if we had another pool.

Scott was great to work with and his services were much appreciated. He did what we agreed he going to do, when he agreed he could do it for the agreed upon price. Great to work with. My only issue with anything was he did not haul out the old filter when he left.

He called me right back and said he will call again the following week and never did.

They're very prompt and they take care of any problems that they might see with the pool. They make sure that the pool is ready to be used. Overall they're providing me an excellent service.

Left a message and made a service request through the website but have not seen or heard a response as of yet. I have moved on to another recommended vendor from Angie's List. I understand that events can occur, but would have appreciated a call acknowledging the requests for service. I think that this is very poor customer service from a highly rated member which warrants feedback.

Called Scott on 5/20 to clean and service pool. very polite but acted like he was too busy for a new customer . he ask what was going on with the pool i explained it was green and was a salt pool. Scott said it would be a week before he come come but to put shock in the pool and call him the next day so i did what he said and got no response left him a detailed message and asked him to call me back. Today is 5/29 and still have yet to hear from Scott. Don't bother calling him he is to busy.

When looking for a new company to service my pool (cleaning & chemicals), I first turned to Angie's List. I was immediately drawn to the rave reviews for Scott The Pool Guy. I reached out to Scott and left a voicemail. He returned my call the next day and I shared with him that I was looking for a weekly service. We arranged for him to come by and check everything out the following Friday at 1:30pm and start the process of opening the pool for the season. We traded a couple of text messages soon after the call so I could provide my address. Scott was very professional on the phone and I was excited for the opportunity ahead. Unfortunately, when Friday at 1:30 rolled around, Scott was a no-show. I attempted to contact Scott multiple times, but it's been 12 days and he has never responded.

I contacted Scott because we needed a new company to service the pool at our vacation home. We had limited time that we were available to meet with Scott, and he was very accommodating even though it was during the holiday season. We made our arrangements online and Scott showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable and seemed to have a good knowledge of the pool system. Based on our meeting we hired the company to provide weekly pool maintenance. This is only my first month of service, so I will follow-up on this review when I have had more time working with Scott the Pool Guy. So far so good though!

Scott has been taking care of my pool since I purchased my house a year ago. He is not only an expert regarding pool maintenance, filters and systems, he also tries his best to provide cost-effective solutions to any repair issues. He arrived at my home and proceeded to do the required water tests for the pool, add necessary chemicals, check the filter baskets and computer monitor. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to share this knowledge with you if you ask. On this visit, he also installed new top and bottom plastic cases and wheels for my Phantom pool cleaner. Scott is very responsive to my phone calls and always charges a very fair price for a job well done!

Scot is a great Pool Guy! He has been a wonderful help to me since I built my pool in 2004.

He came out in the morning and serviced the pool and it was good enough in the afternoon to go swimming in. My experience was very good. I called him the night or the day before and he was out the next morning. He was very good. He was prompt and did the job. His responsiveness was very good. His punctuality was fine because I didn’t have a set time, but he was here the next morning and he took care of it. I would use him again in the future.

Scott is knowledgeable and personable. He want to make sure I understood everything and took all the time that was necessary. He is great.

Great experience as we had no idea how to proceed with the mess sitting on top of our pool and anticipated a huge bill to get the pool swimmable. Because he would work with us & let us do most of the labor intensive work, Scott saved us a big expense. His prices for chemicals are quite competitive so we continue to use his services.
