Melfi Plumbing LLC did an excellent job. They responded to our emergency quickly and efficiently. They were cost-effective and prompt in solving my problem. They were very courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They have been working for me forever. The last time I used the services of Melfi Plumbing LLC was probably six months ago. I used their services to install some plastics. They are prompt. I know the Melfi family. They all do something different. Let me tell you, I was out of town, I was in Pennsylvania for an extended period of time taking care of my mother. I mean we are talking like three, four or five months. My neighbor next door was watching my house and he came over one day suddenly and saw water running in the lower part of the house, kind of a basement and he opens the door and he said that there was about 2 feet of water in there. The hot water tank had exploded. So, his dad got the water turned off. I had the gas turned off. So, the next day I called Melfi's, that was the first time I used them, they did the work. They put in a new water heater, and they cleaned up everything, it was all done and I did not even get back for another six weeks. So, they took me on my word. They are very impressive and I would not have anybody else. I do not know him, but I know his dad and one of his brothers, but I am not related in anyway with this service provider. They are honest. They are dependable. I cannot say enough about them, they are just good people. They do the job, they get it done, and they get it over with. As I said, I had never used Melfi Plumbing LLC before, I just called his father and asked about did they do some plumbing work, he said no I do not but my other son does. So I called him and told him the story, and he said no problem, and that is pretty impressive considering that I was out of town looking after my mother.

The experience with them was very good, they were very good. They were fast and efficient and they did a good job. Their price was good because my husband shopped around.

They're very reasonable. I've recommended them to a friend and their estimate came in about 50% lower then her other bids. We've used them for many projects. They are very responsive and professional. Very competitive prices.
