From the very beginning, when I met John and Joan, I knew they were the people I wanted to work with. They came out and looked at my front and back yard and gave me many great ideas. My granddaughter was visiting (7 years old) and Joan engaged her in the process of measuring. That was special. We discussed an approach and they provided me with a quote in a very timely manner. The prices were very reasonable - I had one quote given previously to compare with. After discussing everything, I decided to go forward with the front lawn. Joan called and e-mailed to check on a few details before they came on Monday, June 20th. Joan and John arrived about 9:00 AM and went directly to work. As with the first time, they feel like family. They consulted me several times with placement of plants and other details and worked so hard in the pummeling heat. They brought in another young man to work with them and he was very pleasant. I was able to get a picture just after they got started, but not a true "before" picture. As they worked, I got more excited because I could see the improvement right away. It was really more than I could have imagined. My front lawn is beautiful and one of my neighbors had to stop by and get a card from them. I cannot express in words my satisfaction with their work. The difference is stunning. I can't wait until the fall, when we will tackle the back yard. I highly recommend Joan and John for any landscaping work you have. You will not be disappointed.

After being away from our house for over a year, the yard and shrubs had taken on a life of their own. We needed help in getting the yard and natural areas looking good again for our brand new tenants. We used Angie's list to locate Keystone Landscaping. After giving Joan our information she was very excited to come out and see our yard to give us an estimate. She even came out on a holiday weekend to see the yard. Estimate was given and quick date for service locked in. Arrived on time. Job completed as planned. Photos of completed work sent by cell phone since we were still out of town. Great looking results. Followed plan to the letter. Took great pride in her work. All this was done by phone while we were in another state. What a relief! At last, someone who DOES what they say they are going to do...WHEN they say they are going to do it. Gotta love it.

Mike, who installs patios for the company, replied promptly to our request for an estimate. We received a written estimate two days after he visited our house, exactly when he said he would get it to us. He and his crew arrived on time this morning and completed the job in roughly 5 hours. This was remarkable considering the heat and the fact that they cleared the yard, dug out the space for the patio, lined the patio, and poured the gravel. We couldn't be happier, and we'll definitely use the company for our additional landscaping needs.

.Joan & John did an excellent job cleaning up, clearing up, and shaping up a badly overgrown front yard and berm. They were on time, did what they said they would, for the agreed upon price. Thanks for the help, Keystone!

After getting an immediate response for an estimate on doing weekly lawn service, I selected Keystone. I am completely satisfied after 3 weeks of service and an additional bush/tree trimming.

Joan and John came to give their estimate one day after my initial call. Their professionalism and expertise were enhanced by their pleasant dispositions. My plan to be in Pennsylvania until May 11th wasn't an issue. They completed the job in my absence on May 10th and left their statement taped to my front door where I found it last night. The first thing I did this morning was go outside to see the results. I am delighted. In sum: Hire them and don't look back.

Just thrilled with Keystone in every way. We sought three bids and the most impressive part was the way Keystone approached us from the very start. They had us at "hello." Keystone wasn't the least expensive but by far not the most. They gave us a start date should we accept their bid and they started on that date. We asked for a breakdown so we could do some things now and other throughout the season. No problem. We've thrown ideas around with them and talke about different approaches, and always extremely insightful, practical information and suggestions.

After five years of service and friendship, starting with this company when they were just starting out, I would have hoped for more. Service was beginning to lack and I made exceptions as I watched them grow beyond their capabilities. I will know better for my future providers.
