I can't vouch for the quality of this companys work because I couldn't get anyone to call me. I filled out the contact form on their website on 4/29 and I called and left a voice mail on 5/06. I have not only a fairly large landscaping job I need done but am also looking for a yearly lawn maintenance company. I just dont understand how businesses can be so inconsiderate by not returning calls and responding to messages. If a business owner cannot fit the job request into their schedule, then at least have the decency to call the prospective client back and let them know so they can scratch you off their list.

Wonderful, they are always prompt, professional and fast. What used to take me all day now takes them less than 30 minutes! So friendly and honest when I have asked their opinion on possible ideas for our yard even if it meant they would not have made a profit. So refreshing in this time when others are only out to make a fast dollar. Would rate them higher if I could. Highly recommended.

Requested a quote for service. Responded and came by quickly. He asked what my last company charged and when I told him he laughed and said he couldn't do it for that. I told him to please send me a quote as I was getting two others and would then chose. He said I would have the qoute within two days. I have never heard back form them. His whole demeanor after I told him how much I paid the last company changed. Just very unprofessional. I do not reccomend.

Joan is incredible, very knowledgeable and fun to work with! I had no idea what would work and where things should be placed, and Joan took over, making recommendations, picked out the right trees and shrubs for my yard (.05 acres) to give me the best privacy and her placement was right on. She even searched for good deals on large trees while out buying for other jobs in order to keep my costs down. John did an awesome job of hardscaping my front garden areas with borders. I would highly recommend Keystone and hire again in a heartbeat!

They redid our whole backyard (sod, pulled dead bushes, trimmed, and planted new bushes. They also put down new pine needles all the way around the house and replaced some plants in the front yard. They did a wonderful job! They were pleasant, efficient, and everything turned out beautifully. I would definitely hire them again.

Joan and John responded quickly to my inquiry and arrived at the appointed time to discuss a design. They were the only company I spoke with that actually cared enough to take pictures of the property and then go back and design accordingly. They listened to what I wanted, but also listened to my need for staying within a budget. They scheduled the installation and arrived when they said they would. The finished product is gorgeous! They considered how it would look from all angles and at different times of the year. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again for the rest of the property.

I’ve used Keystone for six years for my regular lawn work. They consistently performed their work on the scheduled day, executing their work carefully and professionally. Their edging work and cleanup was always excellent, and I can’t remember ever having to ask them to go over or redo anything. I highly recommend their service.

Hired Keystone October 2016 to cut and trim my lawn. They came twice and did an okay job. Then the lawn went dormant for the winter. When I didn't hear from them by last week I contacted them to see when they would start cutting the lawn. I was told that since I had not used them for anything all winter they dropped me for "a paying customer". I would suggest that if anyone hires them for more than a one time job they understand what they are getting.

I don't thing their price is outrageous. I am tearing down a house and rebuilding it and I am going to have them design the landscaping. Even though they know that I am not there, they do go by and take care of the yard. My neighbors keep me updated on what is going on, so I know they are going in there. That tells me they are trustworthy. I have a HOA there that are very strict and I have had no complaints, so that in itself is well worth paying $50 every 2 weeks.

They are outstanding and are willing to do whatever we ask.
