They were excellent. They are very nice people. I thought they were very honest and straight forward. They did a good job and were considerate of cleanliness.

Called to ask questions several times. The gentleman who answered took his time to explain and educate me on hot water systems, etc. I made the appointment for hot water heater replacement. As scheduled,J.C.called and provide 20 minutes notice of his arrival. He estimated that it would take him TWO HOURS for the replacement. Well, HE WAS LEAVING MY HOME 90 MINUTES AFTER HE SAID HIS FIRST HELLO. He would have finished sooner if I had not stopped him occasionally to asked questions. J.C. was very professional, polite and true to his word. He must literally be the fastest and best hot water man in town. I would not hesitate to call Kessler Plumbing again and I would not hesitate recommending J.C.

Very friendly. Called 30 minutes ahead of time so I was able to be at the house when he arrived without having to miss to much work. Explained what he was doing, why he was going to the roof, etc. After the clog was cleared he recommended some additional cleaner for me to pick up at Lowe's to help prevent this going forward and gave a great explanation of what this would do vs. a draino type product and also went into detail that because of the copper pipes, hair is more attracted, etc. GREAT service. Called in the AM and was able to come out same day. Highly recommend.

I sent them to a neighbor too because they were punctual, neat and knowledgeable about the work. There quality was better than the plumber I initially used.

Drain ended up not being clogged, it was my reverse osmosis water filter that was the problem. The plumber tried for a few minutes to fix the filter but was unable to. While he was here I had him look at 2 toilets that were not flushing properly. I had the parts to replace the flush mechanism on both. Instead he removed some safety clip that was getting stuck on both. Both toilets continued to run and my boyfriend ended up fixing them himself. The service call produced no results so I basically flushed my money down the toilet with them.

Arrived on time. Did the job - drains have worked perfectly ever since. Was complementary of my efforts to keep drains clear.

Hired first to repair a simple plumbing leak from tub above, which I had another contractor open ceiling for him. They left a big hole in sheetrock without covering it with a plastic bag, so dirt falling into room, so i had to hire my sheetrock man to come back and tape plastic over it. They charged $231. The leak returned, and they had to fix it again, and charged me another $430, including fixing the toilet in the room. The employee kept chatting up my attractive young tenant, who was on conference call and trying to work. The next time he came back, he left her door unlocked and home unsecure. I had to hire my regular handyman to fix the toilet which was left unsecured and lose. He had to go buy new bolts because the Kessler plumber had bent them so toilet was wobbling. Between their two visits to my rental to fix the same leak, I had a sewage backup in my home bathroom. Kessler sent out a young man alone ,who was here for five hours trying to figure out what was wrong and required me to assist him the entire time, as he went under the house i was instructed to listen for his tapping, etc. etc. He left me with a jack hammered hole on my carport floor and raw sewage all over my bathroom floor. When I asked help cleaning it, he said he had asked, but the owner would not provide him with a wet vac so he could not help me clean up in any way. He finally came back in with a taped-together wet vac that leaked 30% of what it vaccumed and more or less let me use it alone as he waited to leave. I paid $503 for this. The backup reoccurred within two weeks, and I called the municipal sewage company, which came out, diagnosed the real probelm was a broken sewer line in the yard, and fixed it.

I contacted Kessler Plumbing looking for an estimate about a hole in the surface of the bowl of my sink. We thought we might have to get a new sink and one plumber we contacted told us we needed to replace whole sink, but Gregg took a look at photos I submitted and said the sink could be repaired and referred me to Wes Colerider of Surface Specialists for resurfacing. Wes did a great job (another review) but I wanted to publicly say thank you to Kessler Plumbing for the referral. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism and we will be in contact with Kessler again if we need plumbing services.

After first getting the septic tank pumped and then my husband trying to clear the toilet with a toilet auger, I researched Angie's List for plumbers who worked on clogged drain lines. Kessler Plumbing was A-rated for all services so I called them. I had talked with the owner of this company 6 months earlier for a different problem, and although I wasn't able to hire him at that time since the problem required more than plumbing services, I remembered how nice and knowledgeable he was. When I called and explained this new problem, he said that he would be able to get someone out to our house by that afternoon! The service technician, John, called when he was on his way to tell me his expected time of arrival and arrived punctually. He, too, was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. With a heavy duty auger and a lot of muscle, he cleared the upstairs toilet and made sure the lines were clear and running smoothly. He also completely cleaned the toilet for us. He then managed to unjam the downstairs sink stopper and cleaned out the sink drain, plus explained how to probably keep both problems from recurring again. He left both bathrooms spotless. I was able to ask him about other services the company provided and he took the time to explain them to me. He even told me about the senior discount for Angie's List members, which I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I had a great experience and I was once again glad to find that Angie's List A-rated providers provide top-quality professional service!

They are fantastic. He gave me a very fair estimate, the work was completed on time, and the work was of high quality.

I email Kessler plumbing with the problem over the weekend - I received a response asking if they could come out on Monday. John arrived as promised, provided us with an estimate in which we found very fair and was able to fix our leaking hose bib immediately. Very responsive, very professional and I appreciate how quick they fixed my problem.

A year ago, we removed a propane tank and stove for natural gas. Kessler Plumbing got the appropriate permit and installed the gas line and gas hook-up after SCE&G installed the meter. We've called them back out for basic repairs to a kitchen sink and installation of new bathroom faucets. Most recently, they responded to a burst pipe under the house that froze. They had someone on site 15 minutes after our service call! We have them on speed dial and highly recommend!

The worker (I unfortunately forgot the name) was very punctual, professional and friendly and did the job quickly. The price was slightly higher than I expected but within reason. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I'm confident that I won't be having any further problems with the line. I will be using this company again.

I looked on Angie's list to find someone reliable to perform the work, knowing that if the line leaked in one place it would probably have to be replaced to the road. I expected $1000, to 1500. But of course hoped for less. I found Kessler's Plumbing LLC and sent a request by Angies list and immediately called, because i had not used her email before. Human picked up the phone, was courteous and business like. He learned the details and said they would have someone come as soon as available, probably around 3:30. the would call before they came. At about 3:40 I got the call that they would be there in 20 minutes. Two people came and found the leak within 10 minutes. They then reported to their office and I immediately got a call offering to replace the whole line, or patch the leak. They quoted me $750 to replace the line and said they would do it immediately if that is what we wanted. I said yes, and told the technician on site the same thing. Within minutes another truck showed up., then later 2 more. Within 10 minutes after telling the worker to run a new line he had the trench dug. They worked feverishly and completed the task before 6:00. They brought me the bill for $750 as promised. I wrote a check and they were gone. It was work like I haven't seen in a long time. Amazing. Cheerful, friendly, and efficient. And it was cold out there (in the 40's) Great job.

I called for an appointment and had to cancel at the last minute due to an accident in the family; they were very kind and understanding. When I called to reschedule, I got an immediate appointment. Kessler came and corrected the problem. John, the plumber who came out, was very courteous and professional and completed the job in just under 2 hours. It was not as simple as just installation since there were some construction related difficulties. Everything was cleaned up nicely when he was done. I received the 10% Angie's List discount. After seeing the dishwasher installed correctly by Kessler, I realized just how "off" the original install had been. I would call them again.

The first time we used Kessler it was to install a new kitchen sink and faucet as well as look at a leaky bathroom sink. The work took a bit longer than I expected, and the hourly labor made for a more expensive bill than I had hoped for, but everything was very professional. A few weeks later our Hot-water heater died and I called Kessler to install the new one (luckily it was still under warranty from the manufacturer). They charged a flat rate of ~$480 to take out the old unit and install the new one. This was about the same as other plumbers I called. All the times I have used them it has been very easy to make an appointment, which especially nice when you are without hot water. The technician who has done the work, has been prompt, professional, and also very helpful in answering any questions.

The water heater is located in the attic on the second floor - so if it was to go it would be a mess. Kessler's guys came on time and within a few hours had the new water heater installed and operational! Can't ask for more then that - on time, professional and within cost estimate!

Greg came out to our church and gave us a quote. We felt the price was a little on the high side, but after 2 months, we raised the funds and decided to go forward with the job. Greg's crew came out on time to start the job, and completed everything within 1 day. They went above and beyond by addressing several other minor things, that we had not asked them as part of the quote - but they noticed it and it wasn't a difficult fix, so they took care of it for us. The whole crew was professional and courteous. Overall, we were very pleased with the job they did, and although they may not have been the "cheapest" that we could have hired, we were very happy with their quality work and a job well done. We would recommend and use them in the future.

From providing the quote to install it was a seamless install. Very professional and clean. Would highly recommend them to my friends.
