They were very nice and helpful on the phone, and gave us some simple solutions to try before we scheduled a service. We tried, and it worked, so we didn't use them but definitely will for any plumbing needs in the future.

Description of Work: Gas logs stopped working. Cleaned thermocouple and fixed the problem. Also recorded part number so if it fails again, they can order part and bring it with them rather than having to make two trips.

Description of Work: Water was pouring from upstairs bathroom, down through kitchen ceiling. They opened a small hole in kitchen ceiling, repaired a leak in the pipes and then cleared a major clog in the main drain which had caused the flood in the kitchen. They were at my house within 90 minutes of calling on a Saturday morning. They were professional and worked quickly to resolve the issue.

Description of Work: They replaced a couple of nearly 50 year old three knob shower valves in tile walls with name brand single handle valves I picked out. Several other firms I contacted for prices indicated they would need to cut the walls (added cost), but, Kessler was able to make the repairs without any tile work being needed. They were timely, work was excellent, new valves work great, and at a very reasonable price - what more can you want?

Description of Work: Called Friday. No hot water in MBR shower. Got a 1-3 window for Tuesday. John showed up promptly at 1:00. Disassembled guts of shower valve, cleaned parts with vinegar, reassembled. Problem was mineral deposits.
