Excellent! This the second time that I have used Kessler Plumbing, and I am thrilled! I will never call anyone else for plumbing.

We use this company for all of our plumbing needs, and they are fantastic. They are reasonably priced, reliable,and come within a matter of hours from the time you place a call. The last I knew, they don't charge extra for calls and emergencies that take place after hours. When they came to inspect our leak, they examined everything in the showers and checked our pipes. When they discovered it was not a plumbing issue, they looked in my attic and showed us some areas where water was coming through from the roof and gave a referral for a roofer.

Very courteous and professional. I am using him again to repair/replace fixtures on a jacuzzi tub.

The fifteen year old tank water heater in my house gave up the ghost. Replacing the tank water heater would have required cutting out a wall in the house to get the old one out and a new one in. After some research I decided to have a tankless installed. Its smaller size did not require cutting out the wall to get it in. I got quotes for the job and Kessler's quote was the best. Not only was Greg Kessler's price the best, the unit he recommended was a more efficient unit than those proposed by competitors. He drained and secured the old tank water heater so we could "abandon it in place". Mr. Kessler and his assistant Brad installed the new tankless water heater in one afternoon and did a very professional job. Mr. Kessler and Brad we friendly and answered all my questions. Mr. Kessler provided me with a form to get a manufacture's rebate on the unit that was installed. I am well satisfied with my experience with Kessler Plumbing. They will be my first choice for future plumbing needs.

Replacement was carried out promptly and efficiently. Old heater removed with no mess and complete clean up. A few weeks later, when it rained, there was a small leak in the vent system. Gregg returned and reseated and sealed the flashing. All is now working well.In a separate occurence I had a broken hot water pipe in the kitchen, on a Saturday, a week or so later. One of Kessler's employees came promptly and fixed the problem.The cost for a weekend call was very reasonable.

I called Kessler Plumbing and they had a plumber (John) at my house in less than an hour. The needed repair was completed for a reasonable price. John was excellent.

We found them on Angie's List. They were the most accommodating. They had to lift a thing out in the kitchen so we could change the handles. Not only did the lift the thing, but they changed the handles.

We initially had a slab leak that we asked him to repair. Gregg was very responsive and came out that same day. He stated since we had old copper plumbing that it would be best to re-pipe the whole house. He gave us an estimate for that and since we had to do that much work, we asked for an estimate to replace the tub. He also stated that any additional items that we felt needed repaired, he would cut us a break on the labor since he was already out. He told us exactly how long it would take and that he assured us that we would not go without water any night. He kept his promise, staying quite late the first day to ensure that we had a functioning bathroom. Gregg was a professional the entire time and was always available to answer any questions that I had. After the drywall contractor completed his portion, Gregg came back in to finish what needed to be done plumbing wise and double checked to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. We felt that his prices were very reasonable for everything that he did and we would definately use him again.

He arrived promptly and performed all services with excellent results. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

Service doesn't get any better than this! The work was performed quickly,and with a smile. Everything was completed correctly the first time. I will definitely hire this company again. Very well. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. We had to switch to a different size heater because the space wouldn't allow them to use the one they'd brought, but they left, brought back the right one for the job, and it still didn't take long.

job was started on time and was completed as spcified. the job was done professionaly and skillfully. if anyone uses another plummer they are not using the best.

Great experience. Called when they were on the way to my house. Had replacements parts in their van. Repaired items in timely manner. Cleaned up after work. Were very courteous. Only thing I would suggest which I suggest to all repair/maintenance persons is please wear "footies" over their shoes when they come into my home.

Our old hot water heater had corroded so badly that it was about to fall apart. We thought we could handle replacing it ourselves, but quickly realized we needed help. I called Kessler's because I had them out about a month ago for a minor issue and they were professional and fairly priced. I was worried, since it is Easter weekend, that they wouldn't be available, but they had a plumber out within an hour and a half of our call. He managed to get the monster out with minimal leaking issues (we were worried we would have a flood in a storage room full of collectables), and once the old one was out he had the new one installed in no time. The final cost was $29 less than Home Depot had quoted us for installation, so we are very pleased.

Great job. They had to dig up the pipe, replace a back flow valve and some additional connections to repair the leak. Total time took about 2 hours. They were professional, fast and reasonable.

Called and the owner sent a plumber to repair broken kichen drain immediately! I've never had such fast service. EXCELLLEN! Not only was the response time fast, but also the repair. He clearly knew what he was doing. Recommend this company highly.

I felt that they were pleasant to work with, and gave me a reasonable price. They showed up on time, and they did good work. They also supplied all of the materials I needed.

Although I didn't end up using their services, they responded to my call right away, and were very helpful when I described the problem. I would definitely call them again in the future.

I called Greg after, during an SCEG energy audit, I was told that the steel and flexible pipes attached to my two Rinnai water heaters were corroded badly and could lead to a major flood in my garage. I had used Kessler Plumbing once before and they did an excellent job. Greg and his assistant (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) came to my home the very next day. While repairing the pipes Greg discover a leak in both gas lines which he notified me of and quickly repaired. Thank God he found these leaks and prevented a very serious situation in my home. The cost of these repairs was very fair and his timely response was invaluable. I will always use Kessler Plumbing for any issues in my home. I recommend them highly.

Technician arrived on time identified himself stated his position with the company also the number of years he have being doing this type of work his cerfication level. I currently have a home warranty with AHS. When I found the leak I called them immediately to send a plumber to my property for inspection. When that plumber (A American Plumbing) arrived he found the parts that needed replacing to stop the leak was not covered by my home warranty. He proceeded to tell me he had those parts and could replace the parts that day but obviously would have to pay more than the $60 home warranty service cost. He then told me the T&P Valve would cost $135 and the expansion tank would cost $215. Not being a plumber myself I agreed to the costs and he went to work. I immediately then went to Lowes.com to look up the parts referenced and actual costs. I soon learned the T&P cost is actually $14 and the expansion tank cost is actually $40 at Lowes. When I approached the plumber about these costs he admitted that was "Their" costs and that they average retail cost + 120% mark-up. When I asked if he would come back and install the parts if I purchased them myself from Lowes, he stated he would but would then charge me $135 per part for the install! I asked that he discontinue his efforts immediately. I then found Kessler Plumbing on Angie's List. When I called the number listed they were professional and courteous, knowledgeable about the issue and displayed the accurate sense of urgency to address the leak as quickly as possible. I told him I purchased the parts myself from Lowes and just needed his assistance with the install. He agreed to only charge me for an hour of his time, which ended up being $80. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely polite and professional. My total cost ended up being $134 (including the parts) with Kessler Plumbing vs the $410 (including parts) with A American Plumbing! Great experience and will certainly use this plumber again any time I have a plumbing necessity.

I noticed that my water bill was 4 times higher than normal and called the water company and they sent a tech to my check meter. there were no problems with my water meter. I didn't see any water damage in my home, all my toilets and faucets weren't leaking either. I turned off water line into the house and the meter continued to spin, which suggested leak with the main water line. I called Kessler Plumbing and they put me on their schedule the next day. The plumber that came was friendly and professional. He found the leak, the builder had a valve on pvc and a tree root was pressing against it causing it to leak (who does that?). He replaced the main water line with PEX tubing that was stronger and more durable than existing water line materials. Back filled and he was gone.

Kessler's showed up on time, were very polite and helpful. The quote was reasonable for the quality of service they are known for.
