Kessler Plumbing has always been top notch from start to finish in their work. Whenever I have called the owner, Gregg, to describe my current problems and ask for an appointment, he has always been very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt in scheduling if he thinks the problem could be evaluated or addressed by a plumber. (Sometimes the problem sounds more like a septic or other problem to him, and he's always been right!) He also has always honored the Angie's List discount and even gave me an additional discount because I had 2 Rinnai units cleaned out at the same time. John came to do the work and was just excellent, as always. He calls when he's on his way, is very polite, very quick and thorough, and cleans up after the job. He also evaluated the shower for us, and was able to explain what the problem was and why the ceramic tiles needed repairing or replacing in order to fix the problem, which would necessitate us hiring a tiler. After John had finished and was leaving, he even came back up to the house to alert us that he had heard water running and gone over to investigate the source. He took me down the road a little bit from us to look at a metal pipe down in a ditch beside the road, spewing water everywhere. I was able to call our neighbor over and apparently our neighbor's well line had been inadvertently cut during a road renovation that day. John's quick identification of the problem prevented a huge number of other problems! John is just that thorough and nice.

Terribly. Sadly this review must be written. I called for assistance with an upstairs shower leak. Greg was very responsive and his technician showed up on time. I explained the shower leak and asked if he needed to see it. The answer was no, that he would take my word for it. He never inspected the upstairs shower and said "I'm going to have to tear all that out", meaning the ceiling. I would not agree to that but allowed him to cut a small hole under the drain, although he missed the drain. He determined that the problem was the pan. I was not happy with the service so emailed Greg who was supportive of his technician and said it was the pan. He was responsive. So my boyfriend and I read about shower leaks and how to diagnose them in a methodical manner and determined that the problem was loose tiles on the shower curb and that the pan had already been replaced and was intact. The technician never looked at the shower. Greg never looked at the shower. If I had followed their recommendation of replacing the pan, it would have cost me thousands of dollars unnecessarily and inconvenienced corporate tenants. I asked Greg to refund the $150 diagnostic fee and pay for the hole in the sheetrock which looking at the shower would have prevented but got no response.

Both of the aforementioned were addressed without fuss or major cost, and the cleanup after such was excellent. The plumber was showed up on time, and was respectful and quick.

Great! The guy showed up on time, and did a great job installing both heaters. He had another guy come by and help move a few things, and they cleaned up everything when they left. There were no issues and the heaters are working fine.

They did a great job and would use them again.

Travis was most helpful and quickly expedited the cause for the blockage in the sewer line and provided a remedy which cleared up the situation. Throughout the entire episode, Travis was very professional, competent and provided information as needed and answered all our questions and concerns.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of this company. Employees were prompt and pleasant.

It went very well. I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. John, and his helper John, arrived right on time. I didn't realize until later that he had called before coming (on both my cell phone and home phone) apparently when I was outside with my dogs. I appreciate that he did this and left a message even though I didn't know it then. It didn't take very long to fix the two ailing commodes and he was able to use a flapper kit I already had, thus saving me some money. He didn't recommend doing anything to the one that was functioning properly unless I wanted him to, since he couldn't predict how much longer it would last. He was very personable and took the time to explain everything he did. As we were talking, we both realized he was the same one who came when I made an emergency call a couple of years ago on Christmas Eve. Having been pleased with their response and service that time, I recommended Kessler Plumbing to my daughter and son-in-law when they needed to replace their water heater. They were also very much pleased with this company. I will continue to call Kessler Plumbing first whenever I have plumbing needs.

It went very well. He removed the old disposal and installed the new one. I bought the disposal on my own and had them install it. John arrived early, after calling to see if it was ok. He did it in the time the estimated. He was personable, efficient and professional. The old feed to the drain wouldn't fit and he had one in the truck that would. The charge for the feed was more than reasonable. This is the second time I have used these guys and will probably use them again if I need a plumber. I had thought about doing it myself but was concerned in case there would be a problem. In this case there was, the feed to the drain, so it was worth the $100 to have them do it.

Very pleased and satisfied with the work that was done. John explained in detail what he was going to do and did an excellent job in a timely and professional manner. Any plumbing work I may encounter in the future I will call on Kessler Plumbing with no hesitation whatsoever and recommend them to everyone. Outstanding work and customer service.

I highly recommend Kessler. They were quick to schedule an appointment, were better priced than four other companies I contacted, provided great customer service and performed quality work. They also took the time to explain another project we are considering. Definitely will be contacting them again for future services. Thank you Gregg and John!

My experience was very good. They came out within an hour and had it fixed. I would absolutely use them again.

Woke up on Sunday morning to a garage full of water, to find that our hot water heater of 16 years had finally died. Found Kessler Plumbing on AL and sent them a message thinking they would not get it until Monday. They contacted us later Sunday to discuss the job. We asked, and they agreed, that we could go to Lowes and pick out our new hot water heater and then they would come out on Monday and replace it. Well Monday we were hit with a Tropical Storm and they still came out and did the replacement. It took about 2 hours and they changed out all the piping and valves since it had been there since we built the house in 2000. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future for plumbing needs.

My tenant called to alert me to a leaking water heater. I called Kessler plumbing about 9 pm that evening and they answered the phone. I told them I felt the repair could wait until the morning. He told me they would be there around 9:30 am. I gave them my tenant's phone number to coordinate the repair. The next morning I received a call from the service tech that he was going to the house to make the repair. Shortly thereafter, he called to tell me he had completed the repair. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have used Kessler Plumbing for repairs to my rental property. I find them to be courteous, prompt, professional and their prices to be reasonable. I will continue to use them.

Perfectly! Mr. Kessler came exactly on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. All needed parts were on truck. We are VERY pleased with his work. We've got more things that need to be done in our older (80's) home and will be using him for those as well.
