Perfect from start to finish.

I called the business phone and had to leave a message the morning of a leak repair . I decided to call the mobile phone about 8:15 am, got a person.He schedule appointment time of 12 pm and said he will call 30 minutes before they get to the job site to make sure I was there. I received a call about 9:25 am to say they were on their way. I was about 20 minutes away, the plumber was already at the task (my son was there) fixing the main line to my house. I believe it took him around 1 1/2 hours to find, dig, replace the broken pipe and to fill the dirt back in. I was very happy the job was completed so soon and it wasn't a lot of money.

We called them on a Saturday and they told us they would be able to come on Monday. They arrived right on schedule and fixed the leak and advised that it probably would be best to get a new bladder (i think that is what it was called). Although i still am a bit concerned about the cycling of the water on and off when only using one hose, they worked fast and professionally, and were very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for coming out so fast. Good company and workers from what i know of plumbing.

John arrived on time with all parts and toilet. He wasted no time getting to tasks, was professional and friendly. Did not waste time with unneccesary chatter. He stuck with each task until completed, did not dilly dally around. I really appreciated his focus and expertise. I would use this plumbing company again in a heart beat and plan to do so in the near future.

It was a flawless service with some good conversation and teaching as well. Both toilets were given brand new parts and the 1yr warranty and it was even personally extended that if I had any problems just call. Great professional encounter.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink from another Plumber's work. Due to the experience we had with the previous plumber, he was not going to get a call back to rectify the situation, we did not trust him. I went to Angie's list and saw Kessler listed. Not only did they answer the phone right away, but they sent someone out w/in the hour. They quickly fixed the issue and made some recommendations. While he was here, I also had him check on a few other things that the first plumber fixed. I would use Kessler again and recommend them to anyone. Very professional, nice, quality of work is outstanding, and price is very reasonable.

We chose Kessler's solely on the reputation of the the reviews on Angie's list. They were the only ones with extensive experience with water heater replacement. They came to my home at 4:40pm on a brutally hot Friday afternoon in August. They searched for over an hour to find the water shut off for my home. (I was not there and to be fair, it was under some mulch in the front yard) They stayed as long as it took to complete the job, get it up and running, and charged me, what 4-5 trusted friends told me was a fair, to amazingly low price for the work they did. Everything seems to be working fine after one week, and again, the service was prompt, friendly, professionally done and for a price, that no other contractors or plumbers would touch.

Everything went very well. They even called back a few days later to make sure there were no problems, which we appreciated. I'll be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

John arrived on time, and was very courteous and professional. He was friendly, but not overly so, and hard-working. Everything worked perfectly when he was finished. He explained to me that Kessler guarantees all their work for a full year, and he gave me the 10% discount for being an Angie's List member (I had printed the coupon). Start to finish was slightly under 2 1/2 hours, which was quicker than I'd expected. Overall, I was very satisfied, and have already recommended them to a friend at work.

The crew came in and removed the old tub. The new bathtub kit was installed. Then the contractor repaired the drywall. Then the glass doors were installed. The plumber and his team were very professional and punctual. When we had a problem with the glass doors, Chris came out the very next day and fixed it. I would highly recommend him.

The technician was onsite within one hour of me calling with a leaking sink. Fortunately, I had purchased a replacement unit for the sink and had it on hand for him to install. I also asked him to check my toilets as they are 6 years old but had that continuous running sound. He checked them and verified that the bladders could or could not be replaced. As a personal choice, I chose to have him do the preventive maintenance. He didn't know about those until he got on site but did have 2 of the 3 bladders with him. He drove and picked up another and completed everything within 2 hours. He definitely cares about his work and was very courteous and respectful of not getting water on my floor. He put a towel down and did a great job to minimize water. My water bill went down $11.00 in less than 10 days. Great Job!

I found Mr. Kessler to be very professional. I especially liked that they left the bathroom clean of all debris and looking pretty much like they found it. Though I thought he was a bit pricey, he did an excellent job. I guess you get what you pay for, most of the time.

I had known I needed to replace my old garbage disposer soon, but on the afternoon of July 11th when it partially broke off from the drain under the sink, "soon" became urgent. I had already purchased my new faucet-included kitchen sink and a faucet for the bathroom sink, knowing that I would rely on a plumber's expertise concerning the garbage disposer. After reading the reviews of several plumbing companies, I chose Kessler. Gregg returned my call within 30 minutes. Based upon his explanation of differences in garbage disposers and costs, I made my selection. He said they would have someone at my house the next morning, July 12th. John called to tell me he was on his way and actually arrived a bit early. He was polite and personable and worked efficiently and professionally. He made sure that all new installations were functioning properly, explained the workings of the new garbage disposer, and gave me the documents to register for the warranty on it. He made sure that he the areas where he had worked were clean before he left and took away the old items for disposal. John did an outstanding job.

They were fast, prompt and reasonably priced.

The gentleman waited for me as I was late geting home. I explained the problem and he took a quick look and explained the situation so that I could understand. He was polite and professional, answering other plumbing questions that I had about tankless water heaters. He installed AND cleaned up after himself. He reminded me of the printable Angie's List coupon, explained the working processes of my new unit and completed the call.

He showed my cousin how to do it and they did it together. They were easy to work with.

It did not go well, one hour and a half, to tell me I had older plumbing which needed to be replaced. $80 an hour just too high for this technicians ability. I believe some upfront advise prior to digging up the yard and wasting my money and time would have been helpful . Absolutely nothing was accomplished , except a sales call for the technician

Gregg was fantastic from the first contact to finishing the job. He showed up on schedule, did the work perfectly and cleaned up all the packaging and debris. We couldn't ask for a better job. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Kessler is knowledgable, friendly and not afraid of hard work. He was flexible with my work schedule which was a huge help. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely use him in the future!

Very professional Company. They are FIRST in my book ....for a call again.... if I EVER need a plumber in the future! Hats off to you!
