Kessler Plumbing LLC did really good work and the pricing was excellent. They did quality work and he was really knowledgeable about what he was doing.

Contractor repaired the leak with no issues so far. Work has 1 year warranty.

It's working fine. Didn't take him long at all.

He was good and quick. He came immediately after we called and that was impressive. He knew that we needed a new water heater and he did the job in two days which was amazing. He was alone and that's not easy. I like his promptness. He cleaned up after work and he was very neat.

Return call from Greg Kessler was prompt. Technician that responded the next day at scheduled appointment time was professional, explained what had to be done to correct the damage done by countertop installation. Really went above and beyond in my opinion. We have used Kessler twice, both times with a sense of urgency and they have come through with great service. As far as the price, it was reasonable and felt we got good value for the money we spent.

They were fast, efficient and they were done in no time. It took them just over an hour to do the work. They were very courteous. They explained what was going on.

I was scheduled for mid-morning, but the plumber did not arrive until early afternoon. When he arrived the plumber was pleasant, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy me. The actual cost came in within the estimated cost range. I would use Kessler Plumbing again.

I had a extimate for the work I needed, but it became more urgent when my well started to fail. I spoke with Gregg and he arranged for the work first thing the next day. He offered to come over on Sat. but the well was still working some and I felt we could wait. Rob showed up on time, was very nice and helpful. I will keep this number and call again if needed. Great to work with someone like this company

Great! They arrived on time, were clean and professional.. gave me a discount for Angies list first time customers. They even taught me some maintenance tips to help reduce the time I'd have to call on a plumber... they cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them and I would call on them any time I need a plumber

Noticed that there was excessive water running down my driveway. Checked the barn and the well and it was not either one of those. Noticed bubbling by the base of the oak tree following the water line from the well to the house. Shut of e axed at the well. E bubbling stopped. Got on Angie List and called Kesslers Plumbing. They told e they would have someone but shortly. The gentleman arrived. I showed him where I thought the leak was and he dug there and confirmed it. They gave me the option to temporary fix it today or permanently fix it today. Since it would be less expensive to have t temporarily fixed today, I did. The gentleman was courteous and cleaned up everything. I would definitely call them again.

I am incredibly happy with the result of this remodel. Our shower is huge, beautiful, and a genuine sanctuary. We are planning on selling our home in a few years, and we are certain that this room is going to sell the house. It is absolutely amazing. Gregg is highly skilled and incredibly professional, and I trust him with the most complicated plumbing projects. If we ever build a home, we will hire Gregg to install all of the plumbing. This is the 4th time we have used Kessler Plumbing, and it will not be the last. Kessler Plumbing should certainly be on the Page of Happiness!

I wasn't for sure if what the plumber did would resolve the water damage. He suggested leaving a fan on to help dry out everything. It took several days, but it appears to have done the trick. He also told me to expect a larger than normal water bill and electric bill. Boy was he right. My water bill was twice that of normal and the electric was three times the normal this time of year. It was a 50 gallon tank so I guess this can be expected. My advice - the minute you see water on the floor around the water heater call a plumber. Especially if it is ten years old or older.

Overall if was a great experience! I felt very comfortable with this gentleman. He was very courteous and professional from arrival to departure time. He always addressed me properly (Mrs.) and was very polite! He was also very cautious when it came to wiping his feet so he did not drag dirt in from the outside. His manorism is an exceptional quality that I look for when hiring someone to do work around our home.

Nice folks, but unless they get it right the first time, don't hold your breath on follow-up.

As it was holiday/ flu season, it was difficult to get someone to come out for an estimate. However once the estimates were given the service was scheduled very fast. They worked diligently throughout the day. I was impressed that they ran the new gas line under the house and were able to accommodate my preferred location on the back of the house. They did a great job removing the old unit and everything was left very neat and orderly. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again.

John Kessler was prompt and professional. He was patient while I tried to explain what needed to be checked in laymen's terms and then interpreted for me. I will use Kessler's plumbing this summer to do a complete bathroom remodel. Our home is 27 years old.

John and Rob called before coming. They gave a fair estimate considering the pipe was located in the wall. They were professional, and very patient answering my questions. Also asked for a quote to replace all water lines in home. I will be using them again.Highly recommended!
